We had a good experience here last week. It was kind of a rainy day. We ate lunch here, then returned for some drinks before our dinner reservation at the Bistro. Our server was friendly and attentive.
For lunch I enjoyed their cucumber feta salad- the half size was plenty big enough for me, sorry I didn't get a picture of that.
I enjoyed the Smoked Envy cocktail, which is bourbon and grand mariner smoked with pecan wood.
Went to their new Gin tasting and it was yummy! the new pink peppercorn gin is a great addition to their selection.
Very excited walking in very nice layout and theme. Good music playing. Staff seemed unorganized with no type of leadership. Definitely would have made a huge difference in experience if they had some experienced staff and/or someone leading the floor. Bartender who seemed to be the oldest member of the staff was rude and dismissive. Great concept just needs managed
This was our first time here and the place was phenomenal. Visited rhe Stillhouse for the bourbon tasting. The Manhattan cocktail was our favorite.
Interesting tour. Some excellent bourbons! Small menu but other places have food on the property
Great experience for an early morning cup of coffee. The atmosphere is very nice, and the aesthetics are some of the best for a coffee shop. Highly recommend checking out this place if you’re in the Canton area. Not expensive, and the coffee is high quality.
I had an amazing time; J was my waitress. She's so fantastic and makes me feel so comfortable. I love her winning smile; that was the WOW moment for me.
Never had a bad experience here; the staff, food, and drinks are always delightful.
Gervasi is a beautiful, classy place with many different ambients. This time I enjoyed the Still House, that's perfect as an aperitive bar. The drinks were good, the service professional and kind, the location is wonderful, right beside the vineyards: amazing.
This is a must go place.
We enjoyed the bread and butternut squash soup to start. Mushroom stuffed ravioli and the pasta bolognese were the entrees. Both delicious. Our waitress kindly brought extra sauce. We had a bottle of amarone wine to celebrate a birthday. Pumpkin Bundt cake was forgettable. Always a treat to dine at Gervasi.

Our experience at The Bistro at Gervasi was exceptional! The atmosphere was wonderful. Our server Benjamin was exceptional. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable about the history of The Bistro and the food/drink menu. My friends and I all ordered very different drinks, entrees and desserts, and nothing disappointed. Quality and taste of everything was great. Honestly, the overall dining experience here was better than anywhere I have recently dined. This was our first visit to The Bistro, and we are already talking about when we can return!
First time visit for myself and my friend whom is Gluten-free. Our server Logan was fantastic and made sure we knew he knew she was GF. He made sure she knew the menu options and every delivery to our table, he reassured us, without even asking. "Here is the gluten free bread just out of the oven" Drinks were fantastic and so was our meals. We look forward to visiting again.
Not a very large menu with very little variety. The presentation of the salmon was poor compared to expectations of Gervasi as a whole. It was also a very small piece of fish and not well seasoned, not worth $31.
Enjoyable afternoon spent on the grounds of Gervasi. Dinner at The Bistro was beyond our expectations. We were able to have our party of 6 be seated by the fireplace which added to the ambience. From drinks and appetizers to the luscious desserts, the food was beyond delicious. Kudos to our Connor, who was our server for the evening. He made the evening even more special.
Everything about Gervasi screams excellence except one thing: some of its patrons. We've been coming to the bistro since the day it opened, but over the years, we have seen a decline in class from the diners. They arrive in shorts, t-shirts, flip flops - looking like they just got off the boat at Portage Lakes. Dinner for 2 cost us $300. This should be a place that enforces the dress code they put into place recently, but they don't. I was seated across from a man (inside dining room) who removed his shoes as soon as he sat down. I told our server who said he would tell the management, but nobody did anything. I had to stare at this man's feet my entire (expensive) meal. I followed a man into the building who had just smoked a cigarette outside (there is no smoking on the property). Another time, a group of people came in who were stopping by before heading to a concert at Blossom. They were dressed in shorts and graphic t-shirts. Management didn't say a word. Why have a dress code if you're not going to enforce it? Maybe people don't mind saving up for a special occasion and getting dressed up only to sit next to a person who looks like they just got done cutting their grass, but we won't be coming back.
