I tried to place an order on DoorDash. The restaurant’s DoorDash page, google page, Facebook page, and posted hours on their door said they opened at 8am on Sundays. I placed the order after 8 and showed up around 8:25 to pick it up. The door was locked, the open sign was off, and no other cars were in the parking lot. I also tried to call the restaurant and got no answer. Then I had to go in DoorDash and go through the process to dispute the order to get a refund, which DoorDash might not even give me. Definitely need to update their hours…

sometimes it’s basically a slushy, sometimes it’s done right and is smooth. employees are always nice though.

Michael R was amazing. He made my new favorite smoothie and all the food was delicious. My husband ordered something he didn't like and Michael swooped right in and exchanged it. I love the service here everytime we stop!
They raised their prices again ? this is a joke u pay 10$ for a smoothie with frozen fruit not even real ones get yourself some frozen feuit from walmart and a blender and ur better off than coming wasting ur money for these companies

I usually always come to tropical smoothie because I work next door and it’s so close. I walked in today and the girls seemed forced to do there job, they did not seem happy at all had to get back in line because my order didn’t have cutlery, wasn’t even acknowledged until a nice young lady in glasses asked me what it was I needed. After I got what I needed and proceeded to walk out as I no longer felt welcome ?
