This is one of my greatest favorites. This is a carry-out only spot and it's delicious. All of the pasta is good and the marinara is the best, with big chunks of roasted garlic in it, you just can't beat it. meatballs are great! They always have the order ready quickly and I never have to wait. The pasta comes with bread and a side salad at a reasonable price. I'm not crazy about the bread, it's a little too hard for me. The salad dressings are also not my favorite. I've tried the house Italian and the blue cheese-not a fan. They have daily specials that you can check out on Facebook as well as hours (for holidays and closing times) and changes in the schedule. I have not yet tried their dessert, but will next visit.

Located along a busy stretch of West Tuscarawus Ave in Canton, this small family owned establishment is easy to miss. One evening I happened to be out that way and decided to stop in. While it is important to note that they only offer carryout service, the quality of food should not be overlooked! The menu is available online and consists of an enticing array of homemade pastas (gnocchi, fettucine, angel hair, ziti, cavatelli), hoagies, pizza, and salads. After calling I spoke to one of the employees and placed my order: spaghetti with red sauce and mushrooms. When I arrived my order was already and it came with bread and a salad. The spaghetti was cooked al dente and paired well with the savory red sauce and mushrooms. The salad was crisp and came with a house Italian dressing, while the bread acted as a perfect vessel to scoop up the last remnants of sauce. Vincent's Pastaria is a unique place that offers phenomenal Italian food!

We ordered Pizza,cavatelli,meat ravioli,meatball sub and got side salads and bread. Everything is fresh, and delicious. Everyone is friendly and the food never disappoints. Highly recommend if your in the mood for the best Italian takeout ❤️??? We fed 4 adults and had plenty for leftovers

Really, really fantastic restaurant. You won't find any vampires here (the chef loves his garlic--so do I). The pasta is homemade and super delicious, the sauce is a really great savory sauce, the bread is homemade and often warm (and super yummy), and the cannolis are a happy little way to cap off (or start) the meal. On top of all of that, the guy that owns the place is really kind and great to talk to if you happen to catch him while ordering. 100% recommend giving this place a try.

I tried Vincents after a few guys at work recommended it… I got a pepperoni pizza, Italian beef sub, Italian sub, and shrimp Alfredo. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for any of those things now.. They were all the best I have ever had and I try every restaurant within a 10 mile radius of my house which is between canton and Massillon. Also When I picked it up, as I went to leave I heard a loud “thank you!” From who was definitely the cook and I would assume the owner. A very friendly and delicious place for AUTHENTIC Italian. I wouldn’t just recommend it but if you were feeding me I would insist on Vincent’s

If you enjoy good pasta, you know how hard it is to find in a restaurant. I stumbled on Vincent's Pastaria and this place creates the BEST pasta I've ever had! My husband doesn't care for pasta, and even he raves about it! We've tried several different specials and all were fresh and delicious.

Wow. The little hole in the wall with the big surprise. Amazing pizza pies! Thick, heavy, delicious dough. Great, ample toppings. Just the right amount of savory sauce.Oh! And the meatballs! Get some meatballs! Best pasta sauce and perfect texture.

Got carry out with my girlfriend over the weekend. Service was friendly and quick. Was not blown away but the prices were good and the food was fresh. Met the owner who was super nice. Give it a try if you are in the area and support a local family owned business.

Not a local as we were in town visiting the Football Hall of Fame. After seeing the excellent reviews on Yelp we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The pizza and chicken Alfredo were soooo good. The quality of the ingredients were obvious in the taste and they did not skimp on the portion size. Highly recommend the roasted garlic cheese bread, it was amazing. The cherry on top was the friendly staff. They were very welcoming and definitely plan on visiting again next time we're in the area.

Don't let first impressions fool you. The building is small but the food is mighty. They removed the tables and it's carry out only. We came up from Cincinnati and stumbled across this gem. It's the kind of place that you know is really good when you walk in and the smells hit you and you realize all the people in Canton probably know about it in a down-low kind of way. Vincent was the chef and he had three associates helping...that's a good sign. We got the baked ziti. One portion easily feeds two. The spaghetti was great. Came with two golf ball sized meatballs. The cannoli was tasty and so was the garlic bread. It took 25 min to make and I took that as another good sign. All in all this was a hit with our family. We drove 5 minutes away and ate at the picnic tables at McKinley's Museum/library/tomb. A wonderful park.
LOVE this place. The people are very nice and personable. Everything is always right and it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. The garlic bread is also amazing, get them with cheese. Delicious!!

This place is about 2 hours from where i live but IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE! Everything was absolutely delicious from the salad, fresh baked bread, homemade pasta to the desert. 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend this place, the food is amazing! I can't wait to go back!

We were referred to Vincent's from a local person here in Canton. So glad we listened. The customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated! The lasagna with meat sauce DELICIOUS! Mushroom ravioli's will keep me coming back. The cannoli and limoncello mascarpone are addictive as well. Thank you for such an excellent meal!

My granddaughter and I had dinner from Vincent's Pastaria this evening. Couldn't wait to tell everyone how good the food is. Wow! I had the lasagne with meat sauce and she had meat ravioli with meat sauce. Both of the servings were huge and will easily make another meal or maybe two. We also had an order of the garlic toast in addition to the side salad and regular Italian bread that comes with the pasta. Everything is fresh and tasty and still comfortably hot by the time I got back home. We were greeted by Vincent's daughter (who also works with my granddaughter elsewhere.) and she introduced us to her dad. If you're looking for delicious, homemade Italian food make this your choice. Everything we had was delicious! Can't wait to go again.
