Food wise is great but is very unprofessional. Ordered my food fine no issues as after it was taken instantly walked away never offered my receipt. Food the first time wasn’t a long wait but both burgers were wrong let alone how do you forget bacon on a baconator. So I ask them and we’re on getting me new ones. In the process the person making them acts if she could care less and continues on. After awhile she goes to remake them again giving me a baconator without bacon. So I asked again and they decide to give me the bacon on the side which is whatever on it I got what I ordered. But then I hear the lady in the back talking disrespectfully about me for wanting what I ordered loud as ever. Seemed more worried in whatever is playing in a large set of beats headphones. Like I can understand an earbud in one ear because I work better with music. But this is my last trip here I have over 10 years in various restaurant environments and never would treat an employee like that just out of respect and I know if I talked about a customer like that I’d be fired instantly.

I ordered food through Uber Eats. You guys brought me cold food and half of my food wasn’t even there. This makes twice it’s happened. This is the most disgusting restaurant anyone can ever eat at not to mention potential food poisoning. I have had no resolution to getting my money back or any decent food. I would highly recommend no one eat at this restaurant. Somebody needs to inform the manager teach people how to cook meat properly.

If you are a new delivery driver, then expect delays at many restaurants, especially the major fast food joints.
Even if you are late in arriving due to a number of unavoidle instances, you often have to wait for 1-7 minutes on average. The apps will ofyen not take that into account and may dong you anyway.
Please do not let that surpise you.
Often, they will say nothing in regards to how long the wait is. Your guess is all you have.
You can ask, but that can quickly become a tedious and exasperating experience.

We ordered delivery, we got three sandwiches, two fries and three drinks. It took over an hour and was cold and my sandwich made me sick
Only ever go through the drive through but I've never ever had a messed up order since going here. Workers are nice and are efficient at their jobs.

Went to pick up an order in the morning. I understand that weed is legalized in the state of Ohio however, doesn't justify the staff member smoking a massive blunt on the front patio in front of the store door. Then pretending he wasn't by holding it behind his back. Get your employees in check, because this is not something I should have to deal with and it's unprofessional do better!
