This place went from the friendliest staff to the grumpiest staff in a matter of months this is the second time in a month I've experienced grumpy team members

I love going through the drive thru, to when I get to the window to get my food the lady doesn't even acknowledge me. Just hands me my bag like I was bothering her. They forgot something so I wait at the window till they acknowledge me, I ask in a polite manner for what they forgot... and she rolls her eyes! Was i to much of an inconvenience to order high priced food with horrible customer service. I'm not in favor of robots taking over, but at this specific location, I would most likely give more stars because I probably would get better service.

Person taking orders- terrible attitude. Had our order wrong on the screen. We tried to clarify. She kept talking over us. We knew we would win the argument. Decided to handle it at the window. Our order was indeed wrong. When asked for missing sandwich bad attitude got worse. This person should not be working with customers. We remained polite the entire time. Expected the same. Do better.
Pretty good for thr most part, although they do mess some stuff up, so double check your order.

It was Wendy's, the fries were hot
I usually have good service at Wendy's The food is good except this time I got the cinnabons and they were rock hard I couldn't even put my fork in it but I did call and talk to the manager and they are giving me another one for free it's just the inconvenience of having to go back to do that.

They have a lady, working who speaks badly to customers, treats customers very badly, I went and she didn't even deliver the order.

Short wait, chicken filet and fries definitely fresh out of the fryer.
Well managed during Saturday lunch rush. Would come again.

This location always has fantastic staff and the food is always good. So good that we sometimes will get something extra for later in the week as a lunch item. 😅
Cheddar potatoes and the salads are highly recommended, just not an option on the list below.

Food wise is great but is very unprofessional. Ordered my food fine no issues as after it was taken instantly walked away never offered my receipt. Food the first time wasn’t a long wait but both burgers were wrong let alone how do you forget bacon on a baconator. So I ask them and we’re on getting me new ones. In the process the person making them acts if she could care less and continues on. After awhile she goes to remake them again giving me a baconator without bacon. So I asked again and they decide to give me the bacon on the side which is whatever on it I got what I ordered. But then I hear the lady in the back talking disrespectfully about me for wanting what I ordered loud as ever. Seemed more worried in whatever is playing in a large set of beats headphones. Like I can understand an earbud in one ear because I work better with music. But this is my last trip here I have over 10 years in various restaurant environments and never would treat an employee like that just out of respect and I know if I talked about a customer like that I’d be fired instantly.
