So I went into this Wendy’s today and saw the most disgusting way I have ever heard a manager talk to an employee (don’t let anyone let there kids work here) she talked to 2 different employees there was a guy on the fryer and she made a comment that she had to ask him what to do 3x she says that’s the difference between a boy and a man you have to ask the boys what to do!! I was like really???!!!??? Then this young girl walked in asked the first manager for a new shirt hers was lost or ruined whatever the case she was told to ask the bigger manager she said ok! I was at the counter picking up and order for a company. She went back and asked I could hear the manager all the way at the counter say how do you lose your “DAMN” shirt? You better find it! You could see the girl get upset she said it was in the laundry and it’s missing the manager raises her voice and says you know this attitude you have and points at the door. So the girl tosses her apron and what looked like her hat on the counter and left crying I didn’t hear her get fired I’m hoping for the girls sake she quit no employee deserves to be treated like that. I hope that manager has to cover whatever shift that girl was working herself!
Please people and WENDYS as a hole do better.

All sodas were out in the lobby. No ketchup in the lobby and when we asked for packets we were told they only could give us one packet cause they were out. Store was dirty with sticky floors as well.

Stopped off here tonight for a salad! The Wendy’s near us in summit and portage county make salads in the morning and when they run out you’re out of luck. This Wendy’s makes them to order which was amazing as I’m pregnant with twins and craving Wendy’s salads! The manager and staff offered amazing service and it was the BEST salad I have ever had from a Wendy’s! Thank you so much!

I am an overall fan of Wendy's food due to the quality for a fast food restaurant. Saturday evening I went to the drive thru and was given the nastiest poorly constructed food that I have ever seen from any fast food restaurant. The burgers were cold, there was barely any bacon and I didn't get the condiments that I requested. The sandwiches looked like someone had stepped on them. They also tasted like crap.

I had went across the street to get some breakfeast for me and a coworker. We eat there probably 3-4 times a week, the last few days they have done nothing right and I’m not very hard to impress you know ? they gave me the most crustiest cracked tortilla on my burrito. It was literally a sandwich it was completely cracked the whole way around. Not to mention they forgot a sandwich so we went back and they still forgot the burrito. I guess I’ve had enough we’re gonna hop on the bk trend now.
