The manager is rude and presumptuous . I asked for a frosty for my kid, and she said the machine was broken, which is fine. She then tells me no in a snarkey yet snippy tone and also assumed I wanted it for free when I was asking to purchase the key tag . Why would you assume that when I asked to purchase that and other food? The food was good, just a lot more condiments than I expected to ooze out, but it was still good .

I was given an incorrect order and wrong drink, I did not realize it until I was several miles away and had to return.
Had a bad experience yesterday where they just piled all my stuff on top of each other and was all smashed together and spilled all over the place. Whatever crew was working yesterday, somebody better clean and fixed it. What's going on? I was not happy.

My JBC (jr bacon cheeseburger) was hot & delicious and all items were placed on the bun! (Unlike other fast foods that slop the tomato bacon cheese halfway off the bun). My Cobb salad was perfect ! Every employee was on their game with attentiveness & friendliness! Finally a fast food place that deserves respect!

By far our "go to" restaurant. Lately the food has been marginal. Burgers seem like they've sat for a while. Biggest issue is our last three orders have been wrong. Last night was a complete whiff. Nothing was right other than the drinks. And of course no receipt to call or check. Hope they sort it out. Been a customer here for a long time, don't want to find another go to.
