I always order the 20 piece boneless wings with ranch and fries. The order I got 2 days ago was NOT the normal. The pieces of chicken were half the size the normal ones have been. In the past whomever made the wings would compensate for small wings by adding more of them. But I literally ended up with nearly 20 half wings. That I paid to have delivered, ugh. Hubs and I weren't even full after eating all 20 wings. Normally there's leftovers. Just disappointed đ

I place a on line order pick it up got home Iwas missing garlic parmesan chicken I went back when they were fixing my order I asked for a glass of water they told me I would have to pay for the cup

We ordered wings and extra carrots, and apparently âextraâ means extra slimy. Every single carrot was soggy and bendy, totally inedible. The wings were fine, but if you canât even get carrots right, thatâs just sad.
Went to order my meal and only had 100 dollars in cash. The cashier told me he couldnât take a 100 bill no more because of fraud at that store. So I ask for a manager. The guy goes and get the manager instead of this lady coming to speak with me sheâs yelling at me while prepping chicken. She says she canât take 100 dollars bill only up to 85 dollars. Ok so Iâm like cool. So I ask if her or anyone else in The store has change for the 100. She screams at me and said she work for wingstop how could she have any change. I just wanted to get some help. I came too order food at 8:03 pm left at 8:05 pm. I was upset, offended, and disrespected from a small minor problem that could have been avoided with great customer service. I went to the wingstop in belden village and Mahoghny the cashier took care of my order despite my frustration from the store on tusc.

I spent nearly $30 on a 20 piece wing and could stomach only about 3 or 4 of them. All of these were soft, squishy and slime-like and undercooked. I called to see if I could get a refund or reimbursement and wasnt offered anything. I spent nearly $30 on slimey chicken that I couldnt eat. This has happened every single time ive tried to get it from this location over a span of the last 3 years

They mess up my order everytime I havenât been to wingstop in A long time due to this. I always try to get the corn with fry seasoning but they always do cajun I live 30 minutes away and canât wait everytime on A new order they should be able to read it

When we received our food, the entire bottom of our bag is full of ranch which caused the bottom of my food to be full of ranch. Instead of giving us a couple small jars of ranch like theyâre supposed to they gave us a huge bowl full of ranch to share between two people. I am about fed up with Wingstop

The good: staff was super friendly and the place looked clean. The wing was fresh and hot/juicy. The ranch was amazing.
I ordered 2- 20 for 20$ deals. All of my wings except 5(the Mexican streetcorn) had basically no sauce. We had mild, and garlic parm and both had maybe 1 tsb of sauces. The grease from the fryer, over powered the little bit of the sauce that was there. I probably wouldn't give it a second chance.

Let me say that not all wing stops are the same the one in canton was awful rude staff unprofessional need to learn how to run your store by taking a trip to wooster that wing stop was amazing! I told everyone about it and how awesome the food was and nice the people are. I was excited to go to the one in canton only to be completely disappointed they didn't even have the same fries as what was pictured, they weren't hot and I waited about 15 min. And the pop machine is bad taste terrible lord I tried other flavor drinks they were all bad! Do not recommend canton wing stop go to wooster its legit worth the drive delicious! 5 stars to wing stop in Wooster Ohio!!

We placed an order on the app while sitting in the parking lot, wait time was 31-38 minutes which was kind of a long wait. However, right after we confirmed the order we looked up and saw an employee of Wingstop sitting on the counter. His feet were also on the counter. Not something I want to see when I JUST placed an order.
