We just started trying Wingstop in the last month because my 11 year old wanted to try something new. I was a lil skeptical because the reviews are not great and I have seen multiple memes and jokes about wait times. We have tried it twice so far and both times we had the 16.99 combo and also a two piece chicken strips. We have tried almost all of the sauces and everything was great. The order was ready when it was supposed to be. The food was hot, they didn't forget anything. We will be trying the bone in wings next. I think sometimes people only leave a review for a bad experience and not a good one. We will continue to come to this location

B4 I even walked in there was a man who I always see around the city asking for change RIGHT outside the door couldn’t avoid even if you wanted too. He asked I told him no nicely. Not even a full minute later he was IN the establishment asking me AGAIN and I told him no again. I proceded to get my drink and before I could even walk out he went in front of the door and full body blocked me from leaving to ask again, not for change tho. I had to physically shove him out my way JUST to LEAVE and whole time NONE of the WORKERS or customers inside or out did or said anything. It took me a few minutes to leave bc of traffic and he was never even kicked out the store. Crazy how me a 19 yr old would’ve acted so differently if it was sb else in the same situation. And so sad on that Tuscarawas Wingstop for not even acknowledging the fact that a man was harassing a paying customer not only outside the store but INSIDE as well.

I wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst location to order from. The staff are rude and they get even more rude when you ask for your food to be correct and not to have to wait an hour for 10 wings! I was told that the printer jammed for 30 mins and they didn’t notice orders weren’t printing? How is that possible? You stand around for 30 mins and don’t realize you weren't getting orders on a Friday night? then tell me it'll be 40 more mins on a order I placed an hour prior. I will not come back to this location. I’ve tried time and time again and they always have some sort of an issue as to why they can’t get the orders right or complete in a timely manner. All of this to get home a realize the order is wrong. Not to mention when I asked for a refund I’m told I would have to wait 7-14 days for a refund? That sounds a little fishy…. Just close this location and restart somewhere else.

The atomic wings didn't disappoint. They were as hot as the server said they would be. The mango habanero wings are yummy,sweet and hot. The Korean BBQ wings are wonderful sweet. All the flavors that I had ordered I enjoyed. Will come back again.

Mannn the stuff these ladies have to deal with (I say ladies because that's the only people that we're working tonight, ) SOME OF YALL CUSTOMERS & DOOR DASHERS/FOOD DELIVERY r so rude to these girls .... They r busy and 2 of you delivery drivers come barreling in there, like you are the only customers. Being so nasty to the employees, And it's not like these employees are just standing around either, they were swamped with to go, - y'all Rude rude rude.

I wouldn't even give one star.I ordered on doordash. Wasn't sure which one I ordered from and since I was missing half my order I called the one closest to my house. Girl was new so she didn't know much which is totally fine. Been there done that so I just asked to speak to a manager so she didn't have to run back and fourth. She nicely said it'll be 10 minutes I said that's fine I'll wait. THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND WOULDNT ANSWER WHEN I CALLED BACK ! thank gosh I figured my order out bc it was from a different store but they didn't have to be so rude trying to make me wait 10 minutes before they could come to the phone at closing when they weren't busy. they just didn't want to deal with it. Could have answered me and been off the phone in 1 minute. But then to hang up and refuse to answer when I called back, pathetic. Also my fries I got burnt to a crisp from the massillon location- please clean the oil . I have a picture but don't know how to upload it.

I made a mistake placing my online order. Even though it was my mistake the staff went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They even brought the food to the car!!! Was really pleased and impressed!!
