Thought tough times are obviously falling on a lot of businesses, there is never any excuse for not getting what you pay for. Driving 35 minutes to get wings I like and one of a kind fries just to get home and be shorted a large fry and 6 wings. Then when I call and wait 45 minutes with no answer. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I expect issues sometimes in the service industries but I also expect those issues to be made right so you get what you pay for in the end…

Staff was rude . Waited 20 minutes got half my food , waited another 40 minutes then asked for a refund cause my food still was not ready gave all the food back and never got my refund.

Went in 2/25/24 at 10 pm to place an order. They refused to take my order and stated I had to order online. After being up for 16 hours and working a 12 hour shift, I shouldn’t have to figure out how to order online. You have alienated a potential customer for pulling a stunt like that and will have one less customer because of it.

Was in superbowl Sunday to pick up my online order. Was welcomed to restaurant by a female employee screaming foul language at customers and making racist comment at customer because they didn't possibly speak English well because there order wasn't right. This employee was clearly out of her league in the position she was put into.

This is the second time this has happened at this location they either open up several hours late or do not have product and selling them anyways just to find out at location you've paid and won't be getting anything or refunded. Go to another location in the area don't waste the time.

I called to place an order over the phone, but I was told that I had to place an order online or in person.I placed an order online and was informed that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.I waited 20 minutes and also drove 10 minutes to go pick up my order.I arrived to pick up my order, but was met with confusing looks and shoulder shrugs about my order being ready.I was informed that my order was started just before I got there... as I watched them start my order in the kitchen.I was also told that my order would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. This was the second time I was told that.At this point, it's been 50 minutes since I placed the order.I watched other patrons come in to place, and get their orders as I patiently waited.After an hour and 25 minutes from the time I ordered, I finally received my food.I didn't get irate, angry or outta pocket, but I was extremely disappointed and let down.Not one person even offered an apology for my food taking an hour longer than what I was told.I can't recommend this place in good faith, because there's some kind of disconnect happening here with leadership and service.If you choose this place just know that it's very much like roulette:You might get your food, you might get someone else's food. Your order might get made, your order might not get made. Don't be surprised if you get wet cardboard slices disguised as a gyro in your order... Yeah, it's that kinda questionable.Enjoy your waffles! ?

Waited 45 minutes in the store past my pickup time. I tried to be understanding as they were busy. I kept hearing they forgot to put my chicken in and they were sorry. I get home and I was missing half of my chicken. We spent over $50. The other food we ordered was cold and drinks were watered down due to sitting for so long. I contacted them and was sent a $5 gift card. Multiple other people were calling in at the time and requesting refunds. Definitely will not be back, super disappointing.
