Spent almost $50 just to get home and only have my wings and nothing else. When I called I was offered to come back and they would make the rest. When I arrived, I received no sorry, nothing at all to make the situation right other than a couple extra ranches that i ALREADY PAID FOR. I know mistakes happen, but a simple apology or any type of attempt to make it right would have felt different. Instead I wasted gas on a second trip and cold food.
They never answer the phone EVER! half the time the food isn’t even cooked enough

I will never come back here again. I took my son here for his birthday dinner because he never had it before and wanted to try it. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food, and people that came in after us got their food before us. The chicken fingers are litterally tysons chicken tenders. I ordered them to be dipped in barbeque sauce and they barely were covered. I also got a chicken sandwich, and it was very dry and also tasted like a Tyson fried chicken patty. The wings are meh. If your name is wingstop, you should have sone bangin wings. But I've had way better from pizza shops. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Also multiple times the dude in charge kept bribing people for a review in exchange for extra sauces. It's bad for business. I've left a picture of my chicken fingers that were supposed to be dipped that I didn't finish. And also there was no trash can in the place to throw my bag away. So I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it. So I carried it out with me and threw it away at home. And to clarify, this is the belden village, north canton location.

Horrible place , fries were cold but we could live with that went to get refill and black stuff went all over my ice wasn't syrup looked like mold . Wish I would of took a picture. I showed the staff they looked lost in the sauce. I threw my food away . They were letting kids pour refills before they went to look at it. I just walked out.

Ordered online and had pickup time. Arrived and order wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes after set time (not a big deal). Then drove 15 minutes back home and they didn’t put the two large orders of fries in the carry out bag . Called the location multiple times and no answer, waited on hold for over 15
Minutes with nobody picking up the phone. Two of my traditional wings were under cooked . This place is awful.

Wyatt is the manager, and he truly cares about your experience, the traditional wings were cooked perfectly. Mango habanero was off the charts.

The main manager is off the wall. Great guy, he is full of energy and brings joy to the atmosphere. Food was great. Clean restaurant and restrooms?

We ordered 4 different orders & mine was supposed to be lemon pepper & honey BBQ. Well, not only did my chicken have NO lemon pepper seasoning on it, I had ALL Drums! There wasn't even a hint that they shook my chicken in the lemon pepper. There was no lemon pepper even in the container.
Then when I called around 5 min till closing no one answered. I called another store & guess what? They answered & even apologized for the Belden Store being unsatisfactory. The workers must be young because to not catch that there was no seasoning, run or sauce on them deserved a check. I think they were focusing on getting out of there instead. ? So, I'm going to bed, hungry with 5 wings to eat. Not good.
I am a dasher, and I get orders here fairly frequently. My major complaint is, as a dasher, unless the order had been declined several times, I usually have a minimum of a 15-minute wait on the order I go to pick up there. The one day, it was maybe mid June, and a Saturday, and the staff was telling walk-ins it was going to be an hour before they could get to their order. And as a dasher, and having previously worked in the restaurant industry, and seeing their fryers sitting idle, I am like an hour? You could be dropping multiple baskets, staggered out to give time to sauce/season the wings, and even fries, without out too much trouble. But I guess the staff is too lazy to think like that, and only makes one order at a time. And takes multiple breaks while waiting on wings to cook. I wouldn't eat there unless they were paying me to, with the frozen wings they serve.

Food was amazing as always. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Manager who checked us out was very kind and friendly, and so were the other staff! My go to is the lemon pepper and hot wings with fries. To the people complaining about wait times- It is a popular restaurant and food is made to order. If you expect to have your food done in 5 mins go to Mcdonald’s!

There are nowhere near enough chairs for people to wait the 40 minutes for one order of fries and for people to eat. There's no trash can in here. Are we supposed to just leave our stuff on the tables so there is even less room for people to eat? Just like every other wing stop, really poorly managed and put together.
