Thee most unprofessional service around. The floor, chairs and tables were nasty as could be. I sweat the floor was so sticky it took my croc off my foot. The guy working was complaining about working the entire time he was there. And proceeded to blatantly ignore customers until some pretty girl came in and he immediately went to her when people were suppose to be waiting on first. Just a complete horrible experience.
The wings are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I usually go for the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan—both are incredible. Their fries are perfectly seasoned, and the ranch is hands down the best I’ve ever had.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is consistently on point whether I dine in or order out. If you’re craving quality wings, Wingstop never disappoints!

The food is great. Although some spices show up better on strips vs the wings. I wish when you order a bunch of different flavors it was marked so you can reorder if you liked that flavor. The corn is the absolute best. The fries though are really gross. It's best to order online- you save over $70. But half the crime your order is missing something or wrong (a small part but still- frustrating cuz nothing is marked so you don't know til home). The people that work there are more kitchen people- not customer service savvy. The one girl doesn't know how to crack a smile. The guys its hard to even get them to acknowledge you walking through the door.
Only recieved part of my order. I got 14 of the 20 wings i ordered. Also the wings were so bland. They barely put sauce on my wings and even put the different flavored wings all in one container so the sauces contaminated eachother. Don't waste your 💰
As soon as we walked in the door we had a huge welcome and one of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Perry is top notch we ate in restaurant and could over hear him with other customers. Food was good but Perry raised the bar for sure.
My food was still hot when I got it. I was able to grab and go. Employees were very attentive. The store itself was clean.
I advise anyone who plans on ordering Wingstop. Proceed with caution and order from a different location. Because if you order from this location, you will be disappointed when you look in your bag and don't see your Ranch.

I ordered Fries. Two large fries and a large Ranch. The Large Ranch comes in the form of 5 little cups of Ranch. This has never been an issue.
But those fries changed my life! I have been sleepwalking through my corporeal form without these heavenly fries! Parmesan flavored Fries! But these fries, are only perfected with the reinforcement of the RANCH... of which, there was NONE in my recent order. And on other days where I would be willing to turn the other cheek, to forget, NO... NOT TODAY.
I am sitting here now. My fries are on my desk. Iced cold lemonade next to me, ready for what was supposed to be something wonderful, has now turned to dust and disappointment in my mouth. Where is the Ranch Wingstop? I paid for it. Oh boy **** did I ******* pay for it!!!! I gave you what you wanted and you didn't give me my RANCH.
This is, the third ******* time now!!!!!! THIRD!!!!! 3RD!!!!!!!!! TIME

I have compensated though. I just a few moments ago, ordered a single, solitary item from your store. RANCH. 5 cups of the beautiful RANCH. It will soon be mine. You can't possibly forget the RANCH this time, it's the only thing going in the bag. YOU CAN'T FORGET THE RANCH THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!
I'm on thin ice with you Wingstop. We had a good thing here. I give you money and you give me what I ******* ordered!!! How hard IS IT to just look at the order of two large fries and LARGE RANCH and forget to put in the ******* RANCH in!!?!?!?!?!?

I can't keep doing this Wingstop. You're bleeding me dry here. I'm sorry but, this is it. I crave your food, but if it's just going to be two separate orders because someone there can't put the god damn RANCH in the order that has RANCH in it, I'm done. You're not getting any more of my money.
I'm sorry it had to end this way. Maybe, at another store. But not this one.
P.S. To whoever draws the smiley faces on the bags, you're an angel and you deserve better. But to be honest, it feels like that smiley face is mocking me for my lack of Ranch right now.

Spent almost $50 just to get home and only have my wings and nothing else. When I called I was offered to come back and they would make the rest. When I arrived, I received no sorry, nothing at all to make the situation right other than a couple extra ranches that i ALREADY PAID FOR. I know mistakes happen, but a simple apology or any type of attempt to make it right would have felt different. Instead I wasted gas on a second trip and cold food.

I will never come back here again. I took my son here for his birthday dinner because he never had it before and wanted to try it. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food, and people that came in after us got their food before us. The chicken fingers are litterally tysons chicken tenders. I ordered them to be dipped in barbeque sauce and they barely were covered. I also got a chicken sandwich, and it was very dry and also tasted like a Tyson fried chicken patty. The wings are meh. If your name is wingstop, you should have sone bangin wings. But I've had way better from pizza shops. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Also multiple times the dude in charge kept bribing people for a review in exchange for extra sauces. It's bad for business. I've left a picture of my chicken fingers that were supposed to be dipped that I didn't finish. And also there was no trash can in the place to throw my bag away. So I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it. So I carried it out with me and threw it away at home. And to clarify, this is the belden village, north canton location.

Horrible place , fries were cold but we could live with that went to get refill and black stuff went all over my ice wasn't syrup looked like mold . Wish I would of took a picture. I showed the staff they looked lost in the sauce. I threw my food away . They were letting kids pour refills before they went to look at it. I just walked out.

Ordered online and had pickup time. Arrived and order wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes after set time (not a big deal). Then drove 15 minutes back home and they didn’t put the two large orders of fries in the carry out bag . Called the location multiple times and no answer, waited on hold for over 15
Minutes with nobody picking up the phone. Two of my traditional wings were under cooked . This place is awful.
