Terrible customer service- no greetings, no thank you, and no smiles by any of the three girls. Outrageous priced for slim pickings and takeout was poor. 1st and last time I go there!

Attended with my Lady for the Queen of Hearts, the girls kept things afloat during crazy time. Ate there once, not my kind of food so not going to rate. Cool place and great place to grab a couple/few with friends for sure . Don't know anything else about place, just friendly and many folks like it

The food in the environment are great and a lot of fun. Sometimes it does take a long period of time to get your food, but it is worth it.

Ugh...I wanted to try something new to us...my bad. The menu looked great & we had a hard time choosing. I ended up ordering a burger & hubby was craving tenders. We ordered a beer & waited & waited & waited. I was seated directly across from the kitchen. Food was sitting in the window & no one running it. After at least 30 minutes, we put money on the table for the beers & left. No one even bothered to check on our order or give an update. The place really filled up about half way through our wait. I feel very sorry for those people. I do hope our pet flies got to eat. We had to go next door to DG for a snack until we got back to MV to eat.

As the other recent reviews point out, clearly understaffed. Expect an extended wait. Pulled pork slaps tho.

First time here. We are from the South and in OH working. Food was pretty good. Fried pickles are spears. (That was different but delicious) my husband had the special (steak) it was delicious as well. I had Boo dock Salad with pork on top it was really yummy too. The atmosphere was open and spacious but was Smokey from a grill? Not sure. Overall we really enjoyed everything!

Unfortunately to many customers and small staff. Waited quite awhile for drinks/food, and had to ask for silverware. My Mac and cheese had very little flavor and the pork on top all fat with extreme smokey flavor. The smoke took over the entire dish. Will not return.

Called eight times in a row no answer so I went somewhere else. Cant order online either.

Went here with family for a little sit down lunch because we live close by the atmosphere was unwelcoming as soon as we walk in we picked out a table sat down, two of my family members ordered the roast beef come to find out it was still frozen so they we're unable to get it which wasn't a problem we proceeded to ask for the menu the lady walked passed us with a rude attitude with our giving us the menu definitely will not be coming back here would not recommend
