So I went through the drive through tonight to get a cotton candy blizzard. The blizzard had two pieces of broken spoon in it! I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn’t give out refunds! It was against the policy! So I guess if a customer chokes and dies on their watch that’s ok as long as they don’t go against policy! I will warn everyone I know in Carlisle not to go here! They are so careless and brainless at this location! Like Steve wonder himself could of seen those spoons in that cup!🤣So careless! Don’t go here or you will probably die from careless food preparation!

The foods good usually always fresh, but They need to change out the lady in drive thru. I’ve worked in a window for fast food and in other customer service jobs for years, and I’ve never charged someone $2.19 for a bottle of water they didn’t ask for. Or up charge them a size up to get them to pay +$3 more. Came thru and asked for the deal with a +$2 blizzard small deal and she didn’t listen. Asked for water and she gave us a bottle and said we need to specifically ask for a cup. Again, I’ve never rung someone up for a bottle of water when they ask for water. Maybe needs to not up charging $5 more to keep the business afloat-
They messed up half of my order one being one of the backyard bacon ranch burgers and I asked for no barbecue on it because I cannot stand ranch with barbecue and then the other burger they messed up a plain double bacon cheeseburger like we didn't even say regular we said plain and even on the receipt it said no everything extra. Seriously do not recommend.

My only complaint is the chocolate ice cream isn’t very good. I wish they’d get it from wherever miamisburg gets theirs! I typically don’t get chocolate here but it’s been a couple years so i gave it another try…same fake chocolatey taste if that makes sense. I also ordered a small cone and it was more of a kids cone. It had one tiny plump on it instead of two, i know plump isn’t the word but the little round balls that make the cones shape lol. It literally didn’t even cover the top part of the cone. The vanilla is good though in a blizzard / other type treat and even a plain cone! Employees are friendly as well!
