Let me just start out by saying, I have had issues with this subway before but only now have I ever felt it necessary to post a review. My husband, son and I walked into the Carlisle subway on 4/18/24 at approximately 9 pm. 3 workers behind the counter. 2 stepped out from behind the counter and left a guy (long hair with earbuds in his ear). My husband orders his sandwich and wanted buffalo chicken sandwich with light buffalo sauce. My husband kept telling this worker that that was enough buffalo buy he would keep going to eventually empty the buffalo bottle. But that's not my issue with tonights visit. So I go to let this guy know that I would need 3 additional subs. He gave a huge sigh and started mumbling something. I asked him if that was going to be a problem and starts stumbling to find words and eventually spits out "I mean no but" My husband just wanted to walk out completely, leaving the sub that was already made but I went ahead and paid for that. I just tell him nvm we'll go somewhere else. As he just stands there, apparently dumbfounded that someone would take his sighs and rudeness as anything but wanting to be helpful. I will not be going back to this location.

I was there a little over two weeks ago and trie to pay with my gift card and the girl said we had to do it online so I paid with my debit card and it went through to my bank but the girl said it did not go through on her end so it would be debited back to my account and 2 weeks later it still hasn't been. I keep calling and get à message sayin call was not connected. Once I got an employee but manager wasn't there so I gave my number and told them if I didn't answer for the manger to leave me her number since I can't get through on the work #.She did call back while I was at the doctors but she did not leave a message. They have tied up my 38 dollars for over 2 weeks and I am furious about it. Although the food was good the customer service is terrible!

1st to me eating at this establishment, due to workload ng in the area. Carlisle is really limited for places to eat.The employees were amazing. The atmosphere was great. And the food was, well it was what You expect from Subway. It is what it is. Over all this is one of the better Subways I've been to

I am so sick and tired of the miserable bigger girl that works here at this location. She's been there for god knows how long, she has never once asked me how I'm doing or any type of greeting when I walk in the door, I get nothing but dirty looks from her from the time I walk in to the time I leave, she will literally stare into my soul before saying what can I get for you or how my day was. I've heard nothing but bad things about her terrible terrible service that she provides for everyone. I know I can't be the first person to complain about her but after being treated like a dumbass just for coming into my local subway is starting to get to me! It's very poor management and very poor actions from her that continue to turn down customers. And if she's the manager there, the district manager needs to take control of his store and run it appropriately and shows his employees how to treat customers. It's honestly just sad at this point. And I also love to sit there and watch her fan her self with the same plate she's taking my food out the oven and also at the same time fanning her self with her back towards the food so her greasy hair gets in the food because they don't have to wear hair nets! It's crazy in my opinion that I make food packaging in franklin and I have to wear hair nets and beard nets but they can make our food and have nothing on but a hat to "keep" the hair from flying around the store! I have never ever seen such poor customer service in my life!!!! I get treated better at dollar general in the worst part of dayton then I do at my local subway!!!!!! Actions need to be taking for her behavior and the little fits she throws because she is simply doing her job!!!! Not to mention the pink chicken that is being served there today (4-14-2023)!!! First time seeing raw chicken at a subway I was actually shocked I had to bend over just to make sure I was seeing it correctly! And the sad thing is I still leave a tip bc I feel so bad that she hates to be there so much!

I was there today at 530. My daughter overheard the girl make fun of how she had her sandwich made. She kept saying “who orders guacamole on flatbread”! Really? Humble yourself “sandwich artist”!! She also made fun of the guy infront of us.
