Got there at 8:45 & when I finally made it up to order she LAUGHS in my face & says I’m not making 4 subs it’s 9 o’clock. Maybe if she didn’t take 15 mins to serve the three people in front of me… very rude girl. seems to hate her job. Was moving like a snail & was short & snappy with everyone in front of me

I went to subway today with my friend at the Carroll subway, the experience was terrible, a very rude worker was very rude, my friend didn’t know what kinda bread there was and I had to help her because the worker refused to help her, the worker had black hair, her hairstyle was a slickback, absolutely terrible, don’t go to the subway in Carroll. Toaster didn’t even work.

The carroll ohio location is so awful, the woman that took our order was miserable and incredibly rude! My daughter & I received the worst service I've ever had in any restaurant I've ever been too. If you hate your job that much work somewhere else. I'll never eat at subway ever again, the food is not worth it.

I had a tuna sandwitsh , the bread was old, maybe using bread from the day before , cucumbers were not fresh too, and worse thing, he was trying to charge me for a drink that i didn't order, so i told him why 12.28$ , he said with the drink . I said no drink plz he said its 10.**$ i said okay but after i left i figure out that he still charged me 12.28$ , so its litterary stealing customer money ,

We ordered five subs and a pizza online. A BMT Ultimate footlong and a regular footlong. Both had only 3 slices of pepperoni and salami meat, no ham or double meat for the ultimate. Two pieces of cheese. Two footlong The Philly had no cheese, and hardly any meat not even the standard cheap portion. Pizza was what was ordered, and the meatball sub was cold. We waited an hour for our order after arrival for pickup, it was a 32 minute drive to the Subway location. It’s bad enough the store was busy as in more than three customers, but irate online order customers were cutting line and demanding their orders be completed. Normally I would say good for them getting their anger out, the only problem is the employee is a new female minor employee running a store by herself. One staff member, no management or adult present in the building. I was angry when I called I am now even angrier because I was talking to a child who not only doesn’t know the menu but how to run register. These companies expect a customer to drive all the way back to an establishment after they driven an hour round trip. Craziness, just pay full price, get the wrong order and less of a product you paid for and the best they can do is apologize and want us to drive another hour because the only way the kid who made the mistake can fix it is to remake the order because she has no other recourse. She doesn’t know how to do a refund or have a supervisor there to make it right.

the place is run by children who would rather play pretend at having a job than actually do what they're supposed to be doing. got multiple orders wrong in a row and had to have the same sandwich fixed twice because it was made completely
