They suck. In a rush to get you off their timer, never gives you your sauce and gives wrong sandwiches. I do like how they still have leaf lettuce but that’s it. Food is trash 0/10

Everytime we go here, the staff is always amazing. The food comes out quick, and is always hot and fresh. Definitely the best Wendy's around Lancaster!

Went to a Wendy’s to get my daughter a late meal. Asked for a small chocolate frosty and was told they ran out and only had the $4.19 flavored frosty. Daughter begged to have one so we bought it. Seems odd to sell a product that’s made out of a chocolate frosty and tell a customer regular frosty is unavailable.

They have excellent burgers. My favorite is the Big Bacon Classic. Great restaurant, great food!

Order a couple plain dollar menu chicken sandwiches on my way to work. I was the only car in line. They ran my card, asked me to pull forward. 15minutes later still never brought me my food and I had to leave. DO NOT VISIT. They are consistently slow but this was the final straw for me.
Worst coffee I have ever bought,, Cold when I got it through the drive through and I had to grab a fresh 1 from another wendys because I'm on my way to work and I could not turn around and go 20 minutes back down.. your drive Through needs to be more carring and stop giving out bad cold food and coffee..

I understand why the spicy chicken is on sale, this is the asiago ranch with spicy chicken. Doesn't even cover the bun, the size of their cheap chicken sandwich on a larger bun. Like a big processed nugget not a breast anymore. Wendys has gone downhill so fast and I am so tired of it. ✌️

I love this wendys. I casually stop here after work on my way home and nobody ever seems grouchy. I do Interact with new employees sometimes when I come there. A lady name Sara without an H they said lol , who I've never seen there before.... She made me a sandwich that I thought they would think was weird....but she did it for me and was happy to do it. First sandwich was wrong chicken and she gladly fixed the chicken I paid for and didn'tgive any attitude, She wanted to make sure i was happy. When I tell you this sandwich was what I was wanting to taste...it was the best sandwich I've ever had from Wendy's. Thank you Sara and all the employees that heard what I wanted. Great staff
