Same Wendy's as any

Went through the drive through. Tried to order 2 gravy and biscuits and a large Dr Pepper. The woman first said so you want 2 sausage biscuits. I said no I want 2 gravy and biscuits. She then says so you want 2 pork and biscuits. I said no 2 gravy and biscuits. She then says so you want 2 chicken biscuits. I said no and a few other words and drove off. As I was going by the window I looked and the woman was laughing about it

Horrible, stingy service. My teens and I thought it would be fun to get the new Wednesday Wendy's meals. They only gave us one of the fun spoons, gave us 2 mystery sauces when we should have had 8 and made the special frostys by dumping the flavoring in the bottom and adding ice cream on top. No swirl, no topping like the advertisements. If they do any other promos in the future you should definitely go to a different Wendy's. I asked for extra sauce and the spoons but the guy refused. I would've even paid extra, but clearly he just wanted to be stingy with stuff that isn't his and I actually PAID for. Thanks for ruining the experience man

If you live in Lancaster, this store in Carroll, right off of Coonpath, is the best store. They still know how to treat customers right. Kudos to manager Sarah. Wendy's should let you teach the rest how to do business right.

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive-through just now to get some lunch, and there was nobody at the first window, so I started to pull up to the second window, and the woman came to the first window and started screaming at me like I was trying to avoid paying for my meal. She shouldn’t be working with customers until she had some sort of training on how to treat people. The whole situation was embarrassing and extremely uncalled for.

Startlingly rude behavior from the angry young man at the first drive thru window. Got home to a triple that was meant to be a double, one wrong drink, and a baked potato that was so overdone that the inside was collapsed into hard chunks and literally inedible. I've never had a bad experience at a Wendy's anywhere in the country...til tonight. There are PROBLEMS on this shift at that store.
