Well I walk in and 10 min later someone on break went to find someone to wait on us everyone hundled up in the kitchen

Dec 15 2025 2:30 we ordered a #2 and chicken strip basket, a young man took my order was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, fries were hot and delicious ,I've been to several dairy Queens, this is the best one ,not one complaint

FIRST off, walking into that place we were greeted with about 30 files... I had to use the bathroom, swatting flies while I walk. Go in the women's bathroom and there are THREE FULL FLY tapes hanging from the ceiling of the bathroom along with about 14 mating on the bathroom ground. I was afraid to even take my pants off long enough to not have a fly go into one of my private areas. Went to wash my hands are there is ZERO soap and ZERO paper towels. Mind you, this is probably noon and the had two people dining, myself and boyfriend and one woman waiting for her food. I get to the counter with my boyfriend and there are probably a good 6 or 8 flies landing all over the register and counters. I about couldn't stand it any longer and the little blonde girl finishes our blizzards, which btw she got wrong TWICE. She REMADE our blizzards twice, and still got the wrong ingredients. My boyfriend and I weren't about to even get whatever disease Y'all have at your establishment. We didn't eat your blizzards or cheese curds and asked for our money back, to at that point, your staff got aggressive and wanted to argue over returning money for product that was clearly unedible. Your staff is about as disgusting as your establishment, one girl was picking at her underwear from the back, I don't think she thought anyone could see her. After arguing with the employees behind the counter for our money, which my bf threw the silver change out of disgust, he walked out, to which one of your employees continuned to video us and his truck, and also blocking our way when trying to back up with a truck and trailer.

Your store alone should be shut down for unsanitary reasons, you've given me FULL PTSD and I don't think I can ever eat at another DQ again. The two bites I took of the incorrectly made blizzard didn't even taste right and I used to LOVE DQ.

I will be sending my videos and photos to the BBB and any place else that will get your store closed. YOU ARE GROSS for running a place like that.

This had to be the most disgusting DQ I've been to. Flies everywhere, 4 employees standing by the drive thru window talking, dirty floor, stuff everywhere... and nobody cleaning. This was likely the cause of the flies. They were everywhere.

The food was also gross. Old looking chicken tenders, bland fries, and the Blizzard was just ok... but for FIVE dollars, I'd expect it to be better. You're better off going to a smaller, more local ice cream stand. Much cheaper and better quality.

Just gross quality, dirty, and overpriced.

Also, considering DQ relations makes the same reply on every 1-star review about being sorry and hope you give them another chance just shows they don't care and nothing will change. No, DQ, I will not be back 😂

Employees are very unprofessional, very rude over the drive thru speaker and talk about their customers. They typed our order in correctly, we had 3 meals and 3 blizzards. We then pulled up to the window they gave us a horrible attitude and only 2 meals and 2 blizzards.

They are very friendly and they have great food!

Very very mean rude girl . Yelled , I DONT CARE! Over the drive thru speaker for me and my daughter to hear when she shut down half the equipment more than 30 minutes before closing when I said I drove a half an hour for my order and not half of it could be made .I will be coming in personally to see the manager . Hopefully she will care about that.
