Why prioritize drive thru when you also have inside customers? There were plenty of people working, they could of had counter staff and drive thru and not make you wait so long.

There is one specific worker that routinely never puts the cream cheese on the bagels. Every other worker has been super helpful and nice. I go here at least three times a week and whenever she is working I never get cream cheese on my bagel.

I have been to numerous Dunkin's and this is the worst one. The service is not as friendly as other Dunkin's. My orders have been messed up numerous times at this particular one. Most recently, I placed a $35 order, but they did not have $20 worth of my order, and they refused to refund my money. The only way to refund my money is through the QR code in the app, which would not work therefore, they were unable/unwilling to give me my money back! This happens frequently at this Dunkin, but it is usually only 1 item. This is ridiculous that they will not refund your money for items that they do not have. There is not always a comparable item to replace the one they do not have.

I ordered two coffees and two bacon egg and cheese bacon all I got was toasted bagels and coffee
Never been to a Dunkin that refused to make a pup cup. Will never patron Dunkin there again, plenty of other coffee places with better coffee

After a double header, we stopped for coffee, but it was a disappointment. The coffee was old, and despite ordering two medium coffees—one with extra cream and sugar, the other with cream and stevia—they forgot the sugar in the first one. We ended up with stale old coffee and a poorly made order.

I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted . What do you need . My first instink was to say nothing . But I ordered a breakfast sandwich . And at that point she said is that all . I thought apparently I was interrupting the two girls . But then I ordered a dozen . The sandwich I threw it in the trash . A block down the road it looked like it fell on the floor . I knew I should have went to Burger King and that is setting the bar low .

Been here several times. Each time the drinks I get are terrible. I'm not ordering anything complicated, just drinks from their menu. Horrible flavor, do you ppl even know what you're doing? Does the owner even care that they are getting such bad reviews or that their employees aren't making the drinks properly?? Just today the girl at the drive thru was so rude and just shoving the drinks out the window. I'll drive further from now on to a place I know make the drinks right. In done going here.
