It was my first time ordering from Jimmy’s pizzeria, and I was looking forward to it. The pizza was good, but we also ordered an eight piece chicken and JoJos. They gave me eight chicken tenders? If an eight piece chicken and JoJos is a struggle, I don’t think that I’ll be back to the establishment.

I used to love Jimmy’s Pizza and Chicken. The quality has gone down so much. And don’t bother calling to report an issue with your order, as they will require you to make the 20min drive back to right their wrong. TERRIBLE customer service. What a shame. Now I know why everyone goes to the other pizza spots in town.

Haven’t tried the food but when ordering food over the phone the person that’s taking the order should be nice right? Well I guess not. As someone that’s from the west coast and everytime I ordered a salad there was always “thousand island dressing” as an option, mind you this is my first impression of you guys since I just moved here and trying for the first time. If you have to ask someone if you guys have it or not that’s one thing but asking the other girl that’s in the back round literally giving so much attitude saying “what the hell is that” with so much attitude that’s super unprofessional and just not okay. Just next time use the mute button it’s not that difficult.

Clearly have no idea what they are talking about because their website menu says Lasagna and you plan all day to order some Lasagna for supper, you call and they say we don't have Lasagna. I am attaching a picture from their menu.

We ordered delivery and one of the toppings was extra sauce. Barely any sauce was on both pizzas. Called immediately and asked for a manager. Girl who answered said there wasn’t one right now. I explained the situation and she said her system didn’t show extra sauce. Long story short, she didn’t care that barely any sauce was on our pizza let alone extra sauce I pointed out that there are a few delivery pizzas places and she said “go ahead and order from them” Never apologized that our pizza was wrong Horrible workers will never order from them again
First time trying there supreme pizza. It was absolutely very good. The crust was perfect and flavor terrific. We won’t hesitate to go there again.

We are in town for a wedding. We decided to try Jimmy's, I'm so glad we did. The customer service was amazing and the food arrived to our hotel quick and hot. The food was delicious!!! If your in town definitely try them, you will not be disappointed!! The wings and sub sandwich are mouthwatering and delicious!!!

I read one comment that said Jimmy's girls and guys don't know what it's like to walk a hard mile, you are very mistaken apparently you've never been in restaurant business because it is hard work. I worked in a restaurant when I first started out working. And I'm 65 years old now and restaurant. So don't be quick to judge. I love Jimmy's they've always done and give me what I've asked for. Did you ever think that maybe the girls answered your phone quite a few times and maybe they're hurrying and running behind is why she seem kind of grouchy. You need to go into a restaurant and do the work and you'd see where I'm coming from.
