Had the pleasure of trying their food at Century Farms in Carrollton tonight and it was incredible. I eat BBQ all over the country and their ribs and pulled pork could hold their own against almost anybody. Plus the desserts were killer.

Cheese burger and fries were good. Burger cooked just right. Fries are about 1/4 inch square cross section, I prefer fatter fries, but these were good too.Bold move having food truck in January.
