Scratch Steakhouse and Lounge Carrollton

My husband and I had an exceptional dining experience. From beginning to end, service, location, and delicious meal. We were seated on the terrace with beautiful landscape with bubbling water fall in background. My husband had the dry aged ribye with shrimp, mashed potatoes, and side salad. I had the Mediterranean chicken, Mac and cheese, and side salad. Everything was delicious. The wine list was vast and we enjoyed our picks. It was very impressive that besides our waitress, the manager, and the chef visited our table to make sure we satisfied with our dinner. After dinner we walked to amphitheater and the beautifully maintained grounds surrounding the property. All in all a wonderful experience and can't wait to visit again.

Amazing location for dinner! Beautiful grounds and building. Excellent choices for drinks and dinner. Steaks were tender and delicious. Our waitress was on top of it all the way. Can’t wait to go back!

My credit card was charged too much. The printer just happened to be down so they couldn't print me a receit at the Time. When I checked my credit statement I had been overcharged. The said they will credit my account. We'll see. If you eat there, and pay by credit, check your statement. Accident? Who knows. Won't be going back.

Very unprofessional! We made reservations for a party of 12 for dinner on Monday at 6:15 PM. We were assured that they would be open and serving and even arranged the table location. Our guests had traveled from Knoxville, South Carolina, Alliance, North Canton. When we arrived the place was deserted and a message on the door saying they are closed on Monday. What? We had been assured we would be served on Monday and even discussed menu options.One star is too high a rating but no stars was not an option.

I almost never give a place a bad review but my wife and I had dinner at scratch steak house in Carrollton last night. My ribeye steak was 36 dollars and while it had a good flavor it was tough and had a lot of gristle! Our waitress, while she was attentive did not seem familiar with the tablet she was using to record our order. Our total bill with 1 appetizer and 1 glass of wine and 2 entrees was 167. For that kind of money I expect better.

Had dinner at this spot last night in Louisville, OH and when I tell you I was impressed…MAN. The vibe was so cool, the drinks were on point and the food was ridiculous. Try the Jambalaya. The owner has such a peaceful spirit and he came over and checked on us personally. The spot and the service has a very nostalgic vibe yet feels new somehow. Friendly staff, friendly patrons. I left there full on food and the idea that life is more gray than black and white…literally! If you haven’t been, check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Have to say it was our first visit and our last. To start off it wasn’t to bad. Got seated quickly as they where not busy and got drinks in a timely manner. After we had ordered is when it went down hill. It took forever to get our food. Had to ask if it was coming now mind you it was nothing special we are talking burgers and fries. They were 2 waitresses, a barmaid, and looked like a manager and we got waited in by the barmaid?!? Confused! I got to watch the Manger eat his meal at the bar while I waited forever for mine! As someone who manages a retail business this was just bad all around.

Food and service were both amazing. We had reservations and we're seated immediately. Definitely the best food around! I can only assume the negative reviews are from being new and working the kinks out, would definitely return

The Tomahawk steak was tasty and tender.

My husband and I went here for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary. We had reservations at 4:30 to sit outside on the patio, we were seated right away. The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was priceless (we were married at Hannon Hall at the park). Such a wonderful dinner, we will definitely be back, everything was perfect!

Absolutely great food! Great experience ? upscale dining and food right here in Carrollton with great flavors! Definitely will be a dine in favorite for me!
