Has to be the dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever walked into. Looks like the stainless steel under the soda machines have not been wiped down in months. I went there at lunch time There were three people there. The floor was a mess. Broken corner tile that looks like it has had no effort to be replaced and has been that way for years.

I hate to give two stars. Unless there is a really good reason to receive a two-star rating. To me it takes some pretty big effort on the restaurants part to have a rating as bad. I'll give you three if the food is hot, I get timely service and it's edible. So I guess read between the reviews cause I don't like to tell war stories. When the stars speak for themselves.

We ordered our food using the online option and didn't get a receipt. When we got our food part of our order was missing. They did not hesitate to make it right, and gave us our missing food. The food was good. No complaints!

Every employee should be terminated here. I walk in to order food and they're in the back arguing. I wait. Keep waiting and they even make eye contact with me and they never come up to take my order.
Beautiful building. I can't believe who spent the money to build. Such a nice Taco Bell and they have the worst employees ever.

Place was disgusting , the bathroom was awful, and the workers seemed to be in another world, I havent ate at this location in a long time because of the same reasons, I only went this time so the ol lady would stop complaining that we haven't had it in a while, but it does have handicap parking and it easy access for a wheel chair.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access one level all flat and door is wide, parking up close too

Placed an order of a party pack crunchy taco supreme add jalapeños on every taco. Order came to $38. When I got home to eat, the order was wrong. They gave me all soft tacos with 1 or 2 at best jalapeños on the taco. The jalapeños cost an additional $10 wich is ridiculous! Plus there was barely any meat on the taco! Won't ever go to chain restaurant ever again, they charge you a ridiculous price for small ingredients on a wrong order. And they want $15 an hour salary!

Never give us our full order and can't call them to let them know that half our order wasn't there, we live 20min away and you get to keep our money! We are done with taco bell! Thanks for stiffing us once again Carrollton Ohio! The management sucks very rude woman!!!

The website will not allow you to simply order your food and pick up. They will require seeing you before the food starts being cooked.
Great idea, I love standing around in an area that smells like broken dreams and cut catalytic converters for as long as I can. Please make it as inconvenient as possible.
