Place was disgusting , the bathroom was awful, and the workers seemed to be in another world, I havent ate at this location in a long time because of the same reasons, I only went this time so the ol lady would stop complaining that we haven't had it in a while, but it does have handicap parking and it easy access for a wheel chair.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access one level all flat and door is wide, parking up close too

Placed an order of a party pack crunchy taco supreme add jalapeños on every taco. Order came to $38. When I got home to eat, the order was wrong. They gave me all soft tacos with 1 or 2 at best jalapeños on the taco. The jalapeños cost an additional $10 wich is ridiculous! Plus there was barely any meat on the taco! Won't ever go to chain restaurant ever again, they charge you a ridiculous price for small ingredients on a wrong order. And they want $15 an hour salary!

Never give us our full order and can't call them to let them know that half our order wasn't there, we live 20min away and you get to keep our money! We are done with taco bell! Thanks for stiffing us once again Carrollton Ohio! The management sucks very rude woman!!!

The website will not allow you to simply order your food and pick up. They will require seeing you before the food starts being cooked.
Great idea, I love standing around in an area that smells like broken dreams and cut catalytic converters for as long as I can. Please make it as inconvenient as possible.

I come through a lot after midnight due to my job, closing crew is always amazing. The crew tonight absolutely made my night. Being a closing server I always feel bad for showing up right before closing but they are always so friendly.
When you can't pull into another food joint in town, try taco bell, there's one car there the entire staff is outside vaping and looked disappointed when I pulled into the drive through, you drive away and hope to buy cheap property soon lol, what a disgrace.

This location is pretty beat up. Tables and chairs are janky and wobbly and many have been carved into by kids with knives or stupid adults with knives. Many meals are now over $10-12 so for us we prefer an authentic Mexican restaurant. If we are in a hurry and do the drive thru we have been conditioned by most locations to expect missing items, low accuracy rate of any custom order but the staff are kind. Kind staff who are customer oriented, and ready to serve is sometimes what is most important. When that is the case, the quick food, better bargain and best group of people are down the road at Wendy's. Taco Bell used to be my absolute favorite fast food but the overall satisfaction has declined.
