What did you do all day yesterday besides refuse orders. You lied to me on the phone. I watched multiple people try and use the drive thru. Lots of plow truck drivers. You refused them all. Then when I called 5 hours later you said you were in the process of shutting down due to only having 1 customer.

Stood in line a long time with others also waiting...nobody came. Went to the kiosk to order and the menu said they had chicken burrito. Also the billboard above the register showed they had chicken burrito. But when ordering I got nothing. We decided to go through the drive-thru the girl said they no longer have any burritos. Then take it off the menu !

Why is it so hard for yall to read the online order and add the sauces I mean it genuinely cannot be that hard to grab a handful sauces that are literally on the order. Everytime we do an online order we either have to tell yall at the window you forgot them or we have to swing back through and tell them because apparently its too hard to just check that you did your job correctly.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I ordered the cantina bowl and had modified it. When I got it there where still tomatoes on it, my friend went to correct it. The one worker copped an attitude and belittled her, saying to speak up when she was talking (she was using a normal voice and tone) and said 'that it doesn't come with it and you have to ask for it', although I removed the tomatoes while at the kiosk.

The so called manager w the red hair told me it's my fault the food was cold and my fault that the crunch wrap I ordered was falling apart I order them everyday and this was by far the worst one yet terrible custo service and they need a new manager if he really is one

Has to be the dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever walked into. Looks like the stainless steel under the soda machines have not been wiped down in months. I went there at lunch time There were three people there. The floor was a mess. Broken corner tile that looks like it has had no effort to be replaced and has been that way for years.
