We haven't had any bad experiences here and we always get our Taco Bell from here. It's good and yummy and we haven't had any problems with customer service.
We ordered our food at 10:55 and at 11:06 they decided to then tell us we had to refund our whole order because they ran out of breakfast food. Meanwhile they (all 3 people on shift) spent 5 minutes outside smoking before they decided to tell us we wouldn’t be able to get what we ordered.

Stopped by and got the taco party pack. Menu board says 12 tacos...you guessed it. Got it home opened it up only 10!Think that's funny? Ha Ha HaDon't know when or if I will be back. Now gotta"Talk to the Bell"

all the burritos were.mislabeled. i.e. said beefy 5 layer but was a bean burrito etc . Mexican pizza was placed in bottom.of bag to be smashed by the remainder of the order. the Mexican pizza was sloppy, only had beans on it and thats it, and all the cheese was smashed to the lid. the lady at drive thru was also very rude and made you feel rushed.

Great service. Both men working there were really friendly. I am vegan and he double checked mine and my friends order to make sure he put dairy on the right items. Got the order completely correct. Everything was clean. Nice people nice place.
