Waited in drive thru for no less than twenty minutes. Not only were the fries cold, I got a chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered. Pretty disappointing. At least they got the soft drink rite!

Best Wendy's around this area. Food is always fresh. Always quick inside. I see the long line outside at lunch time but that's bc the cars are constantly pulling in. Great people working in there. They are always friendly n personable. I stop at least once a week. Thanks, Carrollton Wendy's!!

Place was understaffed and busy. Apparently when you’re busy you don’t bother to make the complete Sandwhich. (Spicy chicken sandwhich) didn’t put lettuce or tomatos on any of them

When you get less on a sandwich than what is supposed to be on there, you'd think that would make it simpler. NOPE. Check your bag before you leave. Everything we ordered was wrong and live 20 mins away. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which looked like a breaded chicken patty.

Ordered the Krabby patty meal and the lettuce and tomato were disgusting and there was basically no sauce on it you couldn't taste it at all and the meat was over cooked.And they about forgot one of my drinks so I had to say something. Plus the people working were very rude.. Don't recommend this Wendy's for anyone.

Went for lunch today 10/6. Ordered 2 Daves Dbls and a taco salad. Total disaster. Missing a sandwich so naturally called and very 1st words were "we dont refund!" I laughed saying didn't ask for 1. So took name to replace in future. Then we pour chili on salad and take a bite and most the beans are rock hard lol. Called back told them to fix their issues so other people are paying $28 for 1 edible item. Yeah it's fast food..but $28 for 1 double cheeseburger? We'll stick to Salem Wendy's from now on. Terrible
