If I could rate this location lower I certainly would. Sorry about the rant I’m about to go on but if you’re thinking of ordering at this Subway, please listen. Almost every Friday night my family and I order from this location. We always order via the Subway app and then go to pickup our food. On one occasion our food was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled time. The employees were way too busy making subs for all their friends. After waiting for an extra 40 minutes I finally got my order. On more than a few occasions we have ordered cookies with our meal to find out after getting there they were out, that’s okay, totally understandable, but not once did I receive the promised refund. Tonight we ordered at 5:45 pm. Our food was supposed to be ready by 6. We waited until the app said ready and we went to get our order. Upon arrival, the store was closed. There was a small note left on the door, that said closed at 4:00 pm due to staff storage. Well that’s fine, but on another occasion when the store was closed, the app let you know and wouldn’t take orders for this location. Why was this not done in this instance?? With my previous experience of never getting my money back, will I be able to get my money on this occasion? This store is very poorly managed, the owner is known for giving customers bad attitude, and it doesn’t seem at this point they give refunds. My recommendation is to go to the Johnstown location, save yourself the aggravation, and just spend the extra 10 minutes driving. Never coming back to this location again!!

One girl by herself, waiting on three people at a time. No help. I bought an individual pepperoni pizza and the crust was hard as a rock. Their prices are so high too.

Didn’t get introduced or welcomed when I walked in and there was someone at the front who just stared and did not speak at all. Finally someone else came and greeted me, I changed my order because of this. The atmosphere seemed clean and prepared. If I ever come back, hopefully it’s a different experience.

All signs on building say open til 10. Employees say they close at 9 and manager won't let them change the signs on the door for fear of subway corporate will be upset. False advertising at its finest.And two employees there when we got there at 8:50. Only one made our 4 subs. Other was only worried about cleaning up so she could leave and should help make, put toppings on subs, bag, or even ring is up.Absolutely horrible service. Should not have taken 30 min to make 4 simple subs

We were the first customers of the day. The place was disgustingly filthy! The men’s bathroom had mold growing in the toilet bowl!
Used paper towels overflowing onto floor from the trash container. The sink and floor appeared to had been cleaned in literally weeks or more! The woman’s restroom had dried urine on the seat and NO toilet paper anywhere. Keep in mind we were the very first customers of the day. The following day I had gastro intestinal issues from what I believe was the food. We had to wipe our table down beforehand and it was one of the cleanest ones we found. The floor in the dining area appeared to had not been swept or cleaned in several days. The window at the service counter had food spattered on it from probably the previous several days. Overall the cleanliness of this place was beyond anything we had ever seen in a restaurant. Subway should revoke the owners franchise immediately! We plan on reporting this to the corporate Subway headquarters. Do not eat here!

All the lights were on. I parked walked to door found it locked.Very low energy guy inside looks at me then goes to turn lights and signs off. It was 7:03.At least turn out open sign before locking the damn door and change your hours to reflect reality as you certainly aren't open until 10.

We were very disappointed todayThe boys working today. Gave me only 2 slices of meat. They piled up so much lettuce that u couldn't taste nothing else..We are regular customers. And a big tipper.Get someone that knows what they are doing .

Used the mobile app option and drove up to the pickup window and didn't have a great experience. I was told to park my car and go get my own drinks!They didn't label anyone's sandwich and there were several that were wrong. Not worth the $75 spend!
