Ended up with perfect view of the scenic falls. Comfortable seating. Andrew was an excellent server regarding food suggestions and timing of meal. Food was perfectly prepared from the soup to appetizer and entrees.

The appetizers were phenomenal I ordered the deviled eggs and my girlfriend had the pot stickers we will order both again. I also ordered the pan seared chicken and my girlfriend ordered the rainbow trout and both were delicious. I live an hour away and I will be back very soon. The food also came out really quick.

I treated my niece to lunch at 17 River Grille. We had a table next to the falls. The food was excellent and our server was friendly and timely. We will definitely go back.

This was the second time that we had dinner at this restaurant. Our goal is to find 4 to 5 restaurants in the area where we like the atmosphere; meaning it's quiet enough so that you are not yelling to be heard by the person that is sitting next to you. The food is prepared well and it is tasty, the drinks are equally prepared well and are tasty and the service is polite, efficient and responsive. The service would have been fine if the bartender and the server had noticed that the martini that I ordered was only 3/4 full when it was brought to the table. I noticed that other tables' drinks were filled to the top as was the drink of the person that I was with. When I mentioned that my drink was not filled to the top but that the person I was with their drink was filled to the top. The server responded the other person's drink was topped with soda. The server then went on to say something along the lines of even though my martini was not filled to the top that I would enjoy it, so it wouldn't matter if it was not a full glass. Here's my point the martini costed $16 and we were charged a full $16 for the drink even though I only received 3/4 of glass of it. In other words, I received a mini martin but at a full price cost. Add to that having the server attempt to gaslight me only added to the insult. What should have happened was the server should have said I apologize let me bring you a new drink and then gone back to the bartender and ordered a fresh martini or even topped off the one that would have been returned (as I had not touched it) and then brought it back to the table.

We got the heavenly biscuits and I enjoyed the lemon parmesan chicken. The food was delicious and we would definitely go back again. 11/10 recommend the biscuits, if you are on the fence about ordering them, do it. You won't be disappointed.

Consistently delivers high quality food, in a beautiful setting. Vast menu covers bases for almost everyone. Soups and salads are delicious, and large portions. Our party had seafood, steak, smash burgers and A dinner salad and all 6 people were really pleased. Best view in Cleveland, along with Pier W!

Not a place to take children. The chicken tenders were over cooked and dry and French fries cold. Sent it back and got buttered noodles instead and were much better. Short rib was good but the mashed potatoes were runny and the vegetables were hard. The waitress though was very accommodating and sorry for the issues.
