Kid is crying on the balcony half the time. The waitress wasn't very attentive. Also, what's the point in asking what you are there celebrating if no one acknowledges it? For the prices, I expected better. Not a bad place, butit doesn't deliver value.

This was our third time to 17 River Grille and it was wonderful as usual. I would ask that all the surfaces in the restrooms be cleaned, e.g. the dust on the fixtures and the under mounted sinks. Those take away from a perfect score.

I've been to 17 RIVER a few times. The good service is always immaculate. This particular time, a friend and I decided to sit at the bar. Our server, Heidi, was very attentive and very enthusiastic about helping us with any questions we had about the menu. I chose Lemon Parmesan chicken. Perfectly balanced meal.

First time at 17 River Grille and it did not disappoint. Our server Carson was excellent. The filet mignon entree was delicious as well as the creme brulee dessert. Will definitely be back. We come to Chagrin Falls for dinner often and never a complaint.

We ate on the lower level with the view and sounds of the falls and the people trekking down to the river. The ambience was as good as it gets down there. The food was excellent as was the server, Melanie. We were with friends from Florida who raved about the entire experience.

We all love 17 River Grille! It is a 10/10! This is my 5th time here and it never disappoints. This time, we were celebrating my son's 21st birthday. Everything about it was just perfect...from the online reservation system, to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, to the host staff, our server, food and ambiance. Our server Marcy was THE BEST! She was fun, kind, patient and thorough. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. All of our food was absolutely too notch! You can tell it is so fresh, and made with care. We love the environment...we feel like we are in a classy restaurant in New York! We will continue to talk it up and look fwd to our next time there!
