Awesome place with great prices

Was visiting recently and popped in for a coffee. Still as cozy and charming as ever!

iconic to visit, but quality fell off, the popcorn balls of yore will have to live in memory

Extremely rude people came to us and asked us to move as we were sitting on their front porch waiting to go into the store. We were there for less than 10 minutes waiting to go in for our third member to come to enter the store to go shopping. We will never go to the store again and I suggest that nobody does because that’s not the way to treat people, especially in chagrin Falls it’s a small community. We were literally trying to support a small business, but the owner and the worker were just absolutely horrible to us and we are nothing but positive and nice to them. I rarely post bad reviews, but I really can’t believe That this is how you treat customers and people in general.

I came across this place a few years back on a work trip and I have been hooked ever since. Hands down the best popcorn in Ohio! My favorite flavor is their sweet siracha cheese and cajun kettlecorn. They also have great ice cream. Definitely give them a try.

I took my toddler and teen here, it was all of our first time being here. We got oreo popcorn and it was stale.. the ice-cream we got were in cups and 2 of the smallest scoops of ice cream I've ever seen.. not worth almost $30.

Patti was emailing with me about our experience with the popcorn shop. She refunded what I spent on the popcorn that was stale and when they made a new batch of the Oreo popcorn she brought it out to where I live along with another flavor to try, chagrin style. Both were amazing. Patti said unfortunately the heat outside effects their popcorn and they had to throw a lot of it away and make new. Their fresh popcorn is amazing, worth trying and they care about their customers satisfaction.

What an incredible place to visit while visiting the town. Great souvenirs and some nostalgia as well.

Great choice and great service

Have been to this wonderful shop since the mid-2000's (2006). This shop is filled with so many magnificent ice cream flavors and with so many fantastic sweet treats. So many wonderful staff there. Shop is always clean. I'll take whatever flavor they have, be it chocolate, mint chocolate, etc. The service there is wonderful and friendly. The staff working there is always very nice to me. By definition, this shop is nothing less than the kindest, professional and respectful place in the world.

This place is awesome! If i could give them 10 stars i would! We love the decorations and treats! The staff is super friendly and we enjoy chatting with them. It's funny how people wrote good reviews and then only give 3 stars??! Kind of ignorant if you ask me. I wouldn't put much thought into their review if I were you.

This popcorn shop offers the charm that is everything quaint and iconic to Chagrin Falls. It is decorated up the ceiling and is very visually stimulating upon walking in. They've got a huge selection of popcorn, candy, and ice cream. There's something yummy for each person in your group. It's the perfect little pop by to grab a dessert.Seating is limited in front, however the water falls is right behind the shop. I recommend walking down and eating your treat with a view! It's breath taking.

What a cool, retro place! The popcorn was fresh and delicious, and there were lots of candy and honey to choose from. The outside of the store is a delight - a throwback to the 30s/40s and preserved so well. Very unique place in a very unique town!
