Meet with friends here all the time. Also had a surprise birthday here. Everything was perfect. Food and service are ALWAYS excellent. The manager goes out of her way to be helpful. Michelle is the best waitress!!! Ask for her when you go in!
Food is consistently good as is the friendly staff. Of every place in Chagrin Falls on Saturday night at 6pm, this was the only place a reservation was not needed. Walked right in at 6:30 and was able to sit right down.
I go to Pannis's every Wednesday for lunch to meet a friend and we both enjoy our lunches. The food is great and Beth is very good at her job, she alway checks back to make sure everything is okay. If I had to rate this place I would give it a 99.9 Ken Mack
