Some of our party liked their food
The brisket I had was over cooked and a little dry. The ribs were good.
Best BBQ I have ever had.
I had the salmon, it was great and we shared a ice cream brownie between the 3 of us, to celebrate a birthday.
Could not get served after being seated for 20 minutes had to leave
Came in with a friend and wasn't very impressed with the fact that the manager on duty, a gentleman with a big belly was sneezing and coughing all over the place and then picked up the menus. Worst part is the servers had to tell him to seat the people. Food was overcooked but I've been here before and this was just a one-time thing. I'm hoping this doesn't become a regular
My wife and I had been told by numerous people to check this place out. We were not disappointed. I had a very good French dip sandwich, and my wife loved the prime rib, especially the dipping sauce. We will definitely be back again.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress was rude from the start, ignored us for most of the time, was not friendly and didn’t refill our drinks for over an hour, and then had the nerve to come back and ask for a bigger tip. I was shocked and embarrassed—especially considering I still tipped more than she deserved. Her attitude was terrible, and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.
Poor service. Unprofessional. Not clean. Better service anywhere else. Will never be back. Waitress was poor. Then came back to ask for higher tip. What in the hell. I mean come on.
Stopped in on a whim. As far as the BBQ goes, these guys nailed it! The staff are helpful and friendly. The next time smoked meat is on the radar, this will be the place to go. I would say there is pretty much something for everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Good Bbq, had the brisket which was tasty however the cornbread was a bit dry but still good. Fries were crispy.
Only negative was no BBQ sauce on the table, only ketchup. There was BBQ sauce on the brisket but a bottle on the table would be great.

When we moved here 5 years ago, Cowboy’s was a regular favorite of ours. Unfortunately, over the past 2 years something has changed. We have gone back over and over and over again, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we’re done now. The food is no longer worth the price and the bar vibe is unwelcoming.

We took my nephew for his birthday dinner here and it didn't disappoint. Started off with some sliders and the pork belly. Pork belly had a delicious glaze and tasty spicy slaw on the side. They both got the porkchops. I would come back many many times just for the porkchops-thick cut, juicy, tender, smoky with a ton of flavor. If you want bbq/smoked food I would recommend .
Also service was really great. Friendly and attentive
