I've never been to a Dave's cosmic subs before. I went in and the place was really cool. Rock and roll themed with photos all over the walls. I ordered the steak sammich. It took probably 6 or 7 minutes to have it prepared. I got it to go. The friendly woman at the register asked what i wanted on it and i said however it comes. When my sammich was ready, i walked to my car with it and got in. I opened it up and it was steaming hot. So i had to wait a few minutes to let it cool. And then........ Holy cow. Maybe the best sammich i ever had. I eat a lot of sandwiches. But this one, this was different. It was so good. I don't know, maybe it's the sauce. But i was in awe of how great this was. I can't wait to get another one. It was the regular size and maybe $11. But i would now pay $30 for another. It was that great.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order at least 30 minutes before arriving, but once I got to the store, they hadn’t even started preparing it. The store was almost empty, yet the staff were just playing around. When I asked about my order, they were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Even if we overlook the lack of basic facilities.the behavior of the staff alone makes this place unbearable. They are very rude, not polite at all, and clearly don’t care about customers.
And to top it all off, even if you put up with all of this, the food is not worth it at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've always loved this place, but recently they've added a sinfully good vegan meatball sub absolutely loaded with vegan meatballs, cheese, and sauce. Thank you, Dave's!

$11 for an 8-inch cole slaw and bread with a sliver of pastrami and corn beef meat, apparently. $3 for a bag of potato chips. No way. Underwhelmed and overpriced.. There's better quality for better pricing at gas stations in the hood. This is wildly overrated.

Went to the Toledo location. Waited for about 40-50 minutes and watched people come in after me and get their subs. So I went and asked if they were working on it and they apparently lost the order. Another gentleman ended up asking too and they lost his order as well. Let alone they gave me a regular when I paid for a large sub. Very disappointed with their service and honestly don’t believe I’ll ever be back.

Ate at the Toledo location today. Outstanding subs and service. I had the Crazy Dave and my wife had the Peace Steak. Everything Was super fresh. The location was spotless as well. We will be back... soon!

Very accommodating to replacing meat and cheese with avocado or artichoke hearts. Try the amazing Grateful Dave subbed this way. If vegan ask about the sauce.

My Boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place! loved the vibe. When the employe asked us if we were dining in or to go we said yes to dining in, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us. Would recommend but take your chances dining in. Yikes.

Always fresh!!! The tuna Dave is solid, I always get it with no extra mayo and a ridiculous amount of banana peppers. It’s seriously awesome, friends of mine don’t really like tuna and even they dig it;)
