These bagels are really very good. I am still undecided which bagel is better Einsteins or Bruggers. I guess at sometime I need to perform a side by side comparison. Einstein bagels are a little softer and airy and the have cornmeal on the bottom s.

The bagels compared to other places in the area are very good. Great service experience. However, the bagels do not compare to the traditional bagels produced in the NYC metro. Many places on the East Coast boil the bagels before baking. This produces a nice crispy crust and an incredible soft, fresh interior.

Food is incredible! The staff is even better! The staff acknowledges you when entering. They get to know their customers personally and truly care about you. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They really put a smile on my face each time I visit.
