Delicious food and wonderful friendly service. I’ve lived in Chagrin my whole life and this is my first time discovering it! Me and my boyfriend will definitely be back!
The food is edible, but the prices are outrageous for what you get a 10 inch pizza for $14 and the toppings are not generous at all. There was barely any cheese and with the salad it was supposed to be lettuce and all I saw was a bunch of arugula or something that was not a regular type of lettuce That is not an anti-pasti But the lady I spoke to on the phone with when I ordered was really nice so that’s good But not worth it
Great guy heart good good prices what can I say all is great.
We’ve been to the original pizzeria in Naples Italy where pizza was invented and this is even better! Seriously! We come here every time we visit our grandkids in Cleveland.
You can tell this is a family run business went inside and was greeted by two younger boys and what looked like to be their dad. And I was amazed with how clean the restaurant looked and it has an open kitchen this brings so much transparency when you can see them prepping and see them put pizzas in the oven. The restaurant was also a nicely decorated with indoor and outdoor seating which is rare in a pizza place. I ordered the pizza margarita and their cinnamon roll. Both were fantastic doughs and sauce are made in house nice quality cheese. The cinnamon roll tasted fresh too and they don't store them with the icing on, they'll warm it in the oven and give it a nice dollop of icing on it definitely 10x better than name brand Cinnabon and cheaper too.
I swear the only way this place could be better is if they started offering kosher pepperoni for their Jewish and Muslim customers. 10/10 would recommend and would also just show up for their baked goods.
Pizza is Great. Patio overlooks a damn up river from the chagrin falls .
We recently held our 20th class reunion at Etalian and it was fantastic! Eddie was very accommodating and easy to coordinate with. The event went very smoothly. The pizzas, salads, and cannolis were delicious and were replenished quickly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely host another event at Etalian!
Overall, food was decent. I enjoyed the flavor and the crust was very good. However, for the price- I wouldn’t spend the money. It’s something that I would do if I were going out with my friends, but not feeding my family (2 adults, 2 toddlers,) since I could get cheaper pizza for a simple family dinner.
From a service perspective, I think work could be done. We ordered online and selected “curbside,” which prompts you to put your vehicle make and model in. This was a big reason as to why I chose this particular pizza place. I had my four kiddos - 2 infants, 2 toddlers with me.
My order was initially 30 minutes late to be ready and then I was told that curbside means nothing and you still have to come in and pick it up. This was highly inconvenient, as I do not like leaving my very young children in the car unattended. I did let the host know when I called that I had young children in the car and that’s why I selected curbside and she simply said that coming in was the only option. Fortunately, chagrin falls is a safe area, but it is still uncomfortable to have to leave young children in the car and even more difficult to have to navigate through the building with four kiddos and pick up pizza.
Four of us went there after watching a performance at CVLT. Place was clean, fast service, everything we ordered was a 10 out of 10. Salad, cheesy bread, prosciutto and sausage pizzas. We will be back!
Absolutely killer great pizza. Every ingredient tastes great on its own. There isn’t a weak link on that chain. The is is now my fave go-to place for pizza on the east side (followed by Citizen Pie). And then Harlow in Lakewood.

What an amazing pizza shop! We have had pizza in Naples and this is as good as Italy.
Got the sausage with yellow peppers and a pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious.

We went here for Cleveland Restaurant Week and are SO glad we got the opportunity to try their salad, pizza, gelato, and cannoli! Everything was so incredible! Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The crust is soft yet crunchy, sauce is sweet and delicious, and cheese seemed good quality. The salted caramel gelato was creamy and clearly good quality, and the cannoli wasn’t overly sweet- just the way it should be. The atmosphere is casual - you order at the counter but the place is nice. They have cute holiday decorations. Really can’t wait to return!
