I was disappointed at the quality of dishes for the price being charged. A $17 Mac and cheese should have a lot more meat than this. Burger was nothing special - the salad was kind is sad for the price.
The service was friendly and the environment was clean and inviting.

FYI - cafe outside seating is dry (Chagrin Falls city or dance?) but so very, very nice in "small town USA"!

Overpriced and unfriendly! We visited on a weekday night around 5:30pm. What kind of world are we living in that a regular sized burger, fries, and a milkshake costs $22 ?!? In addition to the shocking food prices, the staff left us feeling neglected and unwelcomed. Four kids with us, yet no kids menu was offered. Also, a picture of happy hour discount prices can be found on another review which shows happy hour until 6pm, yet we were told it ended at 5pm? Curious. Overall, I'd avoid this place. Cook the food yourself and save some cash!

You’re gonna pay a premium here for an American staple - hamburger. It’s worth the price. Served with fries you’ll get more than enough food.We weren’t fond of the seating where you’re pretty much crammed into a small space. I guess that’s good for eves dropping on your neighbors conversation but that’s not for us.Service was good not great but passable. We’ll eat again but will probably choose a location with outdoor seating.

Had the most glorious day eating the most wonderful dinner meal. To start it off, the server got us to our table 10 seconds faster. That was very good. Staff is very kind and friendly and understanding. When asked about the food we wanted, our orders were met with dignity and respect. Chocolate milkshake was delivered to me. Staff wasted no time preparing our food. Staff and servers are always on point and professional. Hamburger was delivered to me on the table, well-done, without pink. There has never been a good meal that I didn't like. Ever. Been to this wonderful restaurant so many times. The food there is marvelous and fantastic. Hamburger was amazing, chocolate milkshake was awesome. Never will I forget this magnificent moment. Will come back for years to come forever.

OMNIPRESENT
Went here with high expectations, however any hope of that quickly went out of the windows... We sat down after a 2 minute wait then it took about 5-10 minutes to be greeted by a server.I asked if we could put our order in at the time the server took our order and was told not now I'll be right back to grab that... (OK I'm good with that)10 min, 15, on to 20 still waiting to put our order in ( Mind you there was 10 tables out of the 18 to 20 that were occupied) Finally a half an hour later Elijah our server came by with a I'm sorry for the wait comment and took our order.We noticed 2 sets of customers walk in to pick up Togo orders, as we were sitting at the windows that is right at the door, so they weren't in the weeds per say... So again we're waiting an obnoxious amount of time, in a nut shell we put our order in at 7:01 pm and received our food at 8:05pm. When I went up to speak to our server, then the manager after 40 minutes, I couldn't help but notice that as our server was speaking to the manager, she turned around rolled her eyes and a quick shake of her head, I knew I wasn't valued as a customer.... She then walked over and apologized that we waited an hour about an hour, for 2 burgers, and some fries, and suggested that were busy, I looked around at that time and counted 5 tables occupied... End of the story management sets the tone in any business the business end of this situation was clearly bad business....It's a shame that this happened, as I suggested early in this rant that I had high expectations as most reviews suggested extremely a disappointment.
