We have used this bakery for 20 + years. They have consistently produced incredible cakes for children's Birthday parties, several lovely desserts for other occasions, and their pumpkin cookies in the fall are to die for!!!

Horrible customer service! Why have so many staff just walking around doing absolutely nothing when they should be providing service! All these check out lanes closed and self checkout lanes open while we as customers struggle ringing/bagging our own groceries? Your staff looks very unprofessional with their thumbs up their butts while I’m trying my best to be fast ringing and bagging my groceries so I’m not holding up the line. It would be smart to have a manager working to make sure all customers are getting serviced by the staff! They see that the conveyor belt is jamming up with groceries why can’t they acknowledge that and help me bag them so that these self check out lanes run more efficiently! Seriously your staff at the Bainbridge location look like a pathetic bunch. Maybe you should reconsider how you hire and work on how to provide better customers service. We all spend a lot of money on groceries we do deserve customer service!!!! Heinens is way better and knows how to provide true customer service! I’m surprised this Giant Eagle is still in business!

store should have been stocked during the night, not when shoppers are going up and down isles.

WARNING!!! During COVID-19 pandemic, the store is not as concerned with safety as other grocery stores. Not all employees wear masks. At least 50-60% of the patrons did not have masks. The cashiers did not wear gloves. And the social distancing at the register was regulated by the employees.

the store is fine. its the male customers that go there. one acted as if he owned all the aisles etc and almost ran my client and I over then another guy pushed his cart into my car. then said it wasn't his cart.

The bakery & pharmacist areexceptional as is most their food. However; there's not enough staff & you can never ever find someone to help. Most individuals have no idea where things are located so that's why I really don't go they're unless it's an emergency. I miss kresses bi-rite

Giant Eagle Bakery made the prettiest cake. Even better than I expected. The family was complimenting it all day. Thank you

Employees don't care that you're a customer who could be shopping in any other local grocery stores . Just not an enjoyable experience.. this is all about management and training.

Good variety, but you can't use the express self checkout without a Giant Eagle card.

More human cashiers needed

Boo I thought they were 24/7 but I guess they close at 1 am during the week.
