My husband and I have a tradition of stopping in here for a cup of drip coffee anytime we get a chance. The coffee is very enjoyable and we also love buying their packaged coffees to enjoy at home! They will grind the beans fresh for you which is a nice addition.

It’s a nice and convenient spot for coffee, though improvements in organization and cleanliness would enhance the experience. The coffee had a bitter taste.The service could be improved, and the product flow pickup could be better.

Rude short girl with a bad bob and a bad attitude working the espresso bar at 1:30 on Saturday September 27th. Legit was rude to other people ahead of me and got smart with me. Don’t work in customer service.

Great coffee, but not an inclusive space which I found very disappointing. I have severe PTSD and have an emotional support animal accompany me wherever I go. Heartwood Coffee has been the only establishment in Chagrin Falls to ban my cat from entry, despite her being non intrusive and not leaving my shoulder. Very sad and disappointed, as the majority of the staff there enjoyed it when we came in, as did all the other customers. I wish I could go back, but we're a package deal.

It’s where you go if you want coffee in CF.

Was excited to get coffee today at this location since I usually or only go to the one in Pinecrest. Big mistake! Got a Latte that tasted like water and a little bit of milk mixed with old coffee. On top it wasn’t even hot but lukewarm at best! I tell them about the taste and all I got for a response is “ Can I add anything for you” what would you possibly add to a Latte that tastes bad… Making a new one would have been nice!

We visited on a Saturday morning and it was very crowded, however, the staff got through the rush in a timely manner and still managed to make good quality drinks while being friendly. Overall good experience but on the pricier side of coffee. Its a nice touch that its only a short walk away from the falls-which we took advantage of.

10000000/10 best coffee shop in the cleveland area if not the entire world. staff is incredibly kind and the coffee is incredibly delectable. i love Jim the owner and everything about this shop is phenomenal. thank you alexis for the amazing avocado toast!!

Super cute local coffee shop. Loved the vibe. Baristas were extremely nice and easy to talk to. I got a hot team which was OK. It tasted more like hot water vs black tea. Would definitely check it out if you me in the area or need a mid afternoon pick me up.

I returned to enjoy the yogurt with granola again. This time, I forgot to add a banana, but that gives me another reason to come back and try it again!
