Delicious vegan offerings. Small servings, but decadent flavors. Loved that they used metal (washable) spoons for tasting.
I love that they offer metal (washable) tasting spoons for sampling. I ordered two mini scoops (in a cup--the server didn't think the waffle cones were vegan) of the offered vegan options of the day: one was lemon bar (excellent and tangy!) and one was a chocolate fudge sensation that I can't remember the name of (also wonderful!). Both had small chunks of goodness in them. I ate them on a nearby bench and people watched. Lots of construction going on in Chagrin Falls when I went, but normally just a short walk to the falls. These were true mini scoops. When I saw them I thought I should have ordered more, but even though they were gone quickly, I felt satisfied.
Cute little shop with pleasant staff. Nice selection of flavors, but pretty pricey.
Over priced for what you get. No consistency. Not very clean inside. Needs improvement.
If you are someone who likes simple basic ice creams with lots of toppings or specific add-ins, this place is not for you. This is a very good but straightforward ice cream parlor where the ice cream itself is the starting attraction. I had two flavors in a bowl, a brown butter almond one and a berry-based one. The texture was smooth and creamy. The flavors popped on my tongue. Definitely high end and worth the price, but it may not be what everyone is looking for in an ice cream parlor. The prices are a bit high for the average person, but the store is located in an area with niche shops and boutiques where the public would be aware of the price range.

Seriously this place is amazing! I got the birthday cake and I crave it everyday! The best homemade cones as well. Wish it was cheaper, but probably a good thing or else I’d be going more often! Love it!

They were really busy, but the line moved quickly and the workers were very friendly. The ice cream was great! Creative flavors, homemade cone bowls and lots of options. One of my favorite ice cream shops!
Grew up with Handel's is Ytown. Jeni's is the only ice cream I've ever had that I think is better than Handel's
