Got the signature cheesesteak and it was immaculate. The ratio of bread to steak was perfect and the cheesy vegetables were incredibly flavorful. Will certainly come again for other subs.

Staff was super rude. I asked for 3 subs. They messed up 2 of them. One of them I had asked for was a simple plain blt with mayo. They wrapped it after just putting bacon and mayo and gave me attitude when I asked for the lettuce and bacon.I also asked for a club Supreme. They only put two of the proper ingredients on it then, not even knowing the items listed on the menu They asked what all was supposed to be on it. Super disappointing considering I usually go at least once a week and it's expensive.

I’ve ordered for my husband regularly. The biggest frustration is that God forbid you can call the actual location to make sure it doesn’t have the things on it that he doesn’t want because online isn’t clear if they will be taken off. If you try calling the local number you get a call center overseas. I find that really bad customer service and find it harder to believe that someone at the local store can’t even talk to the local customer paying regularly for their subs. Not good!
