Nice coffee shop , a big variety of things to pick. Clean washrooms. Friendly staff and indoor and outdoor options are always a plus. The only minus and maybe the management will understand ,if you want to enjoy an espresso you can do better. Lean from the best and some porcelain cups will make a big difference. Price them accordingly with options “for here” the expensive one or “to go” the cheap one .

Lemon Falls is the place to be in downtown Chagrin Falls. The location is amazing and the soup and sandwiches are fantastic . The people who work there are incredibly focused on making your experience the best it can be. Keep up the great work Jim the team. You are doing an amazing job!

Fresh, crisp, delicious, and served with a smile!

I had high hopes for Lemon Falls given its location, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a chicken tarragon sandwich, Americano, and chicken noodle soup. After receiving my coffee and soup, I waited over 30 minutes for the sandwich that never came. Despite the tiny space, I was completely overlooked while others received multiple items. When I finally asked, I was told my order was lost and refunded—no apology, no attempt to remake it. The manager stood nearby and said nothing.

The food I did try wasn’t impressive. The soup tasted like overly salty Knorr mix with a few chicken pieces, and the Americano was weak and bland. The ambiance is cramped and loud, with awkward seating right by the front door. With so many great spots in Chagrin Falls, I suggest skipping this one. Hopefully they improve, but I won’t be returning.

Walking into Lemon Falls Cafe always reminds me of my great grandmother's kitchen, right down to the aroma of simmering pasta sauce. The take home food selection is beautifully presented, the staff is always friendly, and the blueberry scones are delicious 🥰 easily my favorite cafe in Chagrin Falls.

Debbie was so sweet and helpful with the menu, the tuna melt was amazing!
