The interior is lovely and generally very comfortable. Our main dishes were delicious and well portioned. The Coq au vin was a tasty traditional feature; the deserts were large portions. We had dinner on a Sunday night and the place was full. The wait staff was good and attentive; the hostess could use some training though. We'll definitely return during the week for one of the special dinner items.

Lola's is such a lovely place for lunch or dinner. The food is fabulous and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our food came quickly and was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and checked on us many times to make sure we had everything we needed. The dining area was comfortable and the decor was adorable.

Our server was not very attentive. Perhaps she was having an off-day. Will definitely give it another try.

We love Lola's Bistro! We got there about five minutes past our reservation, so we had to wait like 45 minutes. We sat on the left side which we liked much better. Our server was “Moose” and he was amazing!!

The moment you step into Lola's in Chagrin Falls you feel as though you've been transported straight to a café on Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The décor, ambience, hum of conversation, and even the smells are spot-on—they haven't missed a beat. The only difference? The waitstaff here is genuinely kind and welcoming...unlike the snooty and arrogant “garçons” you find in Paris. Our server, Gretchen, was incredibly attentive and lovely. The food is fantastique! The French onion soup is a must, the beef stroganoff is rich and comforting, and even the American burger is outstanding. My only wish is that they'd bring the omelette du fromage and the croque monsieur back to the dinner menu. All in all, Lola's is a true gem—transportive, delicious, and absolutely worth returning to again and again.

Outstanding! We were a table of four and everyone's meal was excellent. A few standouts/highlights were the bread service, chicken cordon bleu, short ribs and scalloped potatoes. I live out of state but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!
