The pizza is *fine* The app sucks and is not easy to use like they claim. The children running the place are rude and apparently don’t know how to answer a phone. We’ve ordered from them before and not had this experience before. It’s disappointing, but since they seemed so put out by our presence we don’t mind going somewhere else for better pizza :)

This is carry out only. We get the Detroit pizza with mushrooms on half and pepperoni. It is among the best pizzas I've ever had! The sauce is amazing, and there is a lot of it on a Detroit pizza. I stay with my mom once a month and we often get master pizza. We also get their master salad, which is a good size for 2 or more. Really good and fresh with various greens, pepperoni and mozzarella. Their Italian dressing is also very good! I wish we had one in the Akron/Canton area! If you like pizza, you have to give them a try. They have many different styles of pizzas to choose from.

I've now been here about 10 times, and overall they're fine. They've messed up my order maybe 50% of the time so I have to double check everything. I got food poisoning because they didn't refrigerate their bleu cheese dip for the wings. It's already pretty expensive, for medium quality food. It's fine, not bad at all, and mainly my problem is not the food itself but the lack of attention to detail.

Good pizza with a ton of vegan toppings. They also have vegan cheese, which they don't charge extra for, and the vegan toppings are the same add-on price as the omni ones. Also give an allergen sheet that makes it easy to order without confusion. Fast service too!

Our go-to place for quality pizza in Chagrin Falls. Try the Detroit Style pizza with cup-'n-char pepperoni. It's amazing! Also, don't forget the garlic knots!

Chagrin Location: Burned bites. Cold pizza. Poor service from management. My order was for Eastlake, it went to Chagrin.

This was single handedly the greatest pizza I've had in some time. It's incredibly tough for my family to get pizza (1 Vegan person, 1 Gluten free person and one regular pizza person), so to go to a place that had something delicious for everyone was a more than welcome occasion. Not a single complaint from anyone, and the pizzas were hot, fresh and tasty!

Not really sure what happened to this place I grew up in Mayfield heights and the location there always had the best pizza hands down something happened to the recipe I'm not sure what if they change owners or whatever but it's just so so now I still get it from time to time hoping it will be what I once remembered but it isn't so I think I'm not going to go there anymore I've been looking for a good pie for a long time I just can't find one too bad about Master Pizza cuz they were the best not so much anymore
