Cozy, hidden gem of a restaurant. The lighting sets the mood upon entrance. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Full restaurant, but not too loud. I've tried almost everything on the menu at least once, and never had a bad experience. Tonight, french onion soup and a mushroom soup special. Both amazing. Entrees, chicken Collette and chicken pot pie. Both very tasty, hot, and well seasoned. Creme brulee for dessert. Devoured. Everything again, was a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend.... Make reservations for sure......

What a charming and unique atmosphere at Paris room. I stopped for a drink, I did not eat here. I am vegan and they do have a "chef's whim," vegan option. I appreciate that since it is hard to find vegan options in chagrin. It reminded me of a speakeasy and I have never been to any other place like it. I was romanced and could sit here all day. I love that it's tucked away and hard to stumble on. The staff was just as charming. The music is gorgeous, tracks from the 50's on down. 5 stars for a cozy spot to get drinks or fall in love with a mysterious stranger. Lovely.

What a cute place. It is small so I highly recommend reservations. We were told the building use to be used for carpet storage. The restaurant has a great vibe, dark and romantic. It is kinda hidden and you enter from the back parking lot. But the service is great and the food was wonderful. I had the pork chop and it was wonderful. We were here for my husband and I 38 wedding anniversary. They made it very special.

My wife and I ate here August 2023. The weather was good and we were very comfortable on the covered patio. We had made a reservation through Resy but somehow they still were not expecting us. There was a guitarist playing mellow soft jazz which made the ambiance better. Unfortunately, the food was well below average. My wife started with smoked salmon tartare which was pretty good. He main course was chicken crepes. The sauce was very bland. It had nothing except the fact that it was served on a crepe to make is seem French. I had the Lamb meatloaf. I was told it was a house specialty. It was dry and again, really lacking in flavor. It had a sort of burnt orange sauce squeezed on top but this lacked flavor and did not make up for the fact that the meatloaf was dry and flavorless. What a disappointment. The service was very informal.

We’ve been to the Paris Room several times and it’s always a special experience . The food and service are fabulous and the atmosphere is truly magical. Highly recommend!

Fabulous cocktails, great food and the best service in town. I've had many people tell me the the French onion soup is better than what they've had in France! My favorite restaurant in Chagrin Falls hands down.
Rushed servers with too many tables. Outdoor seating area looks like a deserted parking lot. Had to ask for featured menu items/specialties of the day. Appetizer, salad dishes and empty drink glasses were still on the table when entrees were served and we had to ask the server to remove them. Tasteless gravy looked like it was from a jar. Entrees arrived when we were only half done with salads, after waiting 15 minutes for a drink. Just a huge disappointment. I will not be going back.

Thought it was very nice, loved the live entertainment, food was above average but heavy on sauces. French onion soup was wonderful. Small so busy but seemed to take a long time in between courses. Not much attention from waiter on drink refills. Location a little hidden but not a problem. For me it just did not live up to the reviews; maybe because of late reservation our dinner started around 9 snd did not end until after 10 pm.

We love this place for its genuinely warm hospitality. The food is very fresh and delicious. The dinner salad that comes with the entree was always beautiful greens and fresh veggies. Now it is beautiful greens and lots of dried cranberries, raisins etc. Not a fan. But a very special place always.
