We arrived for our 6:45 reservation to find that the restaurant is permanently closed and had been for some time. Why it is still on OpenTable, I have no idea? The worst part is that there is NO way to speak to, email or chat with a human at OpenTable. I really don't care about Ponyboys closing, we were fortunately able to get a seat at a nearby restaurant, but I will NOT be using OpenTable anymore, it is clear that they do not care about the diner, they have made it impossible to provide customer service by shutting off all vehicles of communication. SHAME ON YOU!!!

This restaurant IS CLOSED PLEASE REMOVE! It ruined our evening! We planned an entire evening around dinner only to show up with a sign on the door “closed permanently” PLEASE TAKE IT OFF OF THIS APP!

Went to the restaurant it was closed was hour to get there. No one answered. I am not the only one that saw the restaurant does not exist. Please check into this for further information for OpenTable. please respond you got this message. I find it highly important that you be aware that this restaurant does not exist no matter what anyone tells you.

They have gone out of business but not bothered to put a message on their phone, facebook page or OpenTable. Not good. You know they will surface again and this does not leave a good taste in any one's mouth. Not good business boys.

We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed - not one car in the parking lot or a light on inside. No sign on the door or anything. All restaurants around it were open so it was not a power issue. I made the reservation that morning - not sure how they kept taking reservations and didn't notify anyone they were not open. We will not bother trying again.

The shrimp chorizo tacos were excellent. Best guacamole in town. Service was good... server let us know he had just started but he did a great job. Atmosphere is great for a night out.

Saturday night..Looked like 3 servers, maybe. All of them in the weeds. It's another one of those tacky hipster scenes with the aprons that look like they'd be better used by a mechanic. I think this was the fad 10 years ago, and Ohio is finally getting around to it. No manager seemed to be present anywhere in the building. Our table wasn't ready when we got there. Expected on a Saturday night but kind of messed up after being forced to valet our car.The food was slightly above average bar food and way overpriced. Chips and guacamole were bland and unseasoned. Long waits for drinks, long wait to order, long wait on apps. No manager was on the floor as far as I could tell.It has potential, but no one really seemed in any urgency. The only employee I saw working hard was the hostess. The rest of the team seemed miserable and just waiting for the tips to roll in. Our server almost never checked in. I couldn't even get water refilled. If I provided this kind of service at my restaurant, I'd be taken off the schedule. Do managers not touch tables or exist on the floor here? I get the minimalist decor, but minimalist staffing is a different thing.

waiter was extremely well informed on not only the menu but he could speak on how spicy things were. The sauce for the pork carnitas is homemade fresno chilis, normally sort of spice, but apparently this batch was hotter than usual so he recommended it be on the side. Boy was he right on. It had lots of flavor - a drop at time! We were sad to see the place was empty on a Friday evening after 8. It's not the food or service, all excellent

We had happy hour drinks and chips and salsa. The salsa was awsome! The service and drinks great. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

This restaurant is closed! We had a reservation and showed up and it was all locked up! No notification whatsoever. I think they looked at all the reservations that were an open table and cancel them or reach out? Unfortunate as we were celebrating a special birthday.

Great, unique atmosphere. Our bar tender was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu (gluten free options specifically). My partner and I got the grouper(gluten free) and spicolli tacos and the French 75 and blood orange drinks. We both agree that they were delicious and prices were fair. This business is worth supporting.

Server was lovely and polite!food was delicious and prepared well, guacamole is expensive when It's not happy hour but they did give almost an entire avocados worth so I understand the price point

This was my 3rd visit to Ponyboys and the food, as usual, was amazing! Great drinks too. Our server was also super friendly and perfectly attentive without being a pest. My only complaint about the experience I've had there is that it's very loud and can be difficult to hear the people in your party. I keep going back though so obviously it's not that big of an issue!

Waiter was pleasant but when clearing dishes, he scraped food remains on single plate on table instead of just clearing. More training is needed. The fried chicken and fried corn bread entree was very heavy and fry too thick. Had the corn bread not been fried but warm with a dollop of honey butter, it would be perfect.

Pony Boys Kitchen and Bar was overall a ok experience for us.To start, to find parking was a bit tough.Once we found parking we were 15 mins before our reservations. We decided to wait on the patio till the table was ready. When we were waiting on the patio service took at least 10-15 mins till we were greeted for to for drinks. Now once the waitress did start helping us she was great! She was very sorry for the wait and from that moment was great the rest of the evening.Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 mins after our Reservation time to get the our table (so a hour total time we waited for our reservation from when we got there.)Once we were at our table the only other compilate we could have was that the Margaritas were all either too Sour or too Tarty. We each tried all the different flavors, yet none were that good. With that being said we do not recommended the Marg'sHOWEVER, As far as the food it was good! We had the Appetizer Fries, Chorizo Meat Balls and the Crab Cakes to start. All were very good!We all also go some Tacos, Salmon, and Chicken dinners. All were also pretty good!Overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and it was clean/up to date on the inside. It was a little tight in there overall but nothing crazy where you felt uncomfortable.

Parking: Very hard, limited Parking Area
