Pub Frato Chagrin Falls

Gabby was a wonderful server, the food was great, but it was really cold where we were sitting.

The service was outstanding. All of our needs were attended to in a prompt and friendly manner. When we asked that the music be turned down a little, it was done immediately. When I commented to my friends that the french fries were a little too salty, the server immediately, without me asking, delivered fresh unsalted fries to me. That was wonderful! The food was plentiful and delicious. Everything was fantastic.

Overall, a great restaurant and a good addition to the Chagrin Falls scene. The food is always good. We went on a Tuesday night which was kinda dead but usually it's busy and noisy and fun. We always enjoy ourselves and the food!

We had a group of 9 for a holiday get together and everyone really enjoyed it. Drinks and food were tasty, service was great - friendly, efficient and helpful. Definitely be back.

Group of seven, two children included. The food was terrific, service was excellent. Breakfast pierogies were delicious, just the right amount to share. The two who ordered the pub burgers loved them. Both thought they were delicious. Wife had the breakfast BLT and enjoyed it very much. Burrata beet salad was also excellent. Kids loved their french toast and chicken tenders. Overall a great experience. Will be back to try the dinner menu next.

The restaurant was a little pub and the food was very good. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and I was a few minutes behind our party parking the car, they never asked for our reservation and reported us as a no show to open table. We were a party of 6 and I did not see any other parties of 6 come in while we were there.

Pub Frato is a good place to go for decent food and ambience. Decent choices. The wild mushroom tacos were ok, they were very light on the mushrooms, like ordering a sliced turkey sandwich and getting only one slice. The salads are pre made and the lettuce was a bit soggy. Good burger and beer list. Plenty of kid options. Family friendly. Will go back. Won't get the mushroom tacos though.

I ended up so sick with the food poisoning in the hospital after I ate a dinner in pub Frato! And when I addressed to the manager that and to the owner, they didn’t do anything!!! Such a bad attitude and restaurant!!!

We were seated immediately. We waited 10 minutes and a server never came to our table. I then went to the host and asked if we could be seated at table that was assigned to a server. He said our table was assigned to a server and he would ask the server to come to our table right away. We waited another 5 minutes - no server. We then decided to go next door for dinner.

We’ve been here three times and it keeps getting better. The food is great with plenty of options for dietary restrictions. Our latest meal was the best by far! The food is always good but this time, we had the best server we’ve had in a long time. Evin was so friendly and kind. Super helpful and attentive. She really made the dinner an enjoyable experience.

Service was extremely slow. Actually quite poor. Food was subpar. Lacking in flavor. Drinks were good. Prices were decent.
