Wasn't the same menu from when I was there a month ago...not as many options...which was a bummer. Was extremely loud and had a hard time hearing the people at my table. The garage doors were open so it was humid with lots of bugs. Loved this restaurant last time...not as thrilled this time. Food was good...so will try again.

This was our third time at Pub Frato. Every time has been great. Service, food and overall experience were great. IMO the Pub burger is the best in Cleveland. The drinks are top level too. Great casual spot in Chagrin.

Good was good. Service was good. Very noisy, so hard to have a conversation with our whole table of 6, but we feel like most restaurants are like that now. Will definitely go back when the doors are open!
Went for dinner and discovered menu recently changed. I struggled to find something as what I was planning on ordering was not in the menu anymore. Service was ok. Our waitress was very friendly but forgot to bring water. Food came out in a timely manner and was good. The noise is what will keep us from going back. It was so loud I felt like we were yelling just to carry on a conversation. Pretty bad. We enjoy the atmosphere and the food is good but I will not return due to noise level. If they could do something to help that, I'd go back for sure.

Great service! Ordered the Blackened Shrimp and Grits and they did not disappoint. Layers of complex flavors with the right amount of heat. I would happily order it again and again.

Went last night for a quick girls night out. Atmosphere is cozy, food was delicious, highly recommend the brussel sprouts. I ordered the tofu stir fry which was delicious. Our server Seth was amazing!! He was very attentive, it’s hard to find great service most of the time, but he did amazing.

Food was mediocre, the place has TEERIBLE acoustics to the point we couldn't have a conversation with the whole table but the kicker was the extra charges on the bill. One person ordered the T burger and requested mayo instead of the pub sauce...$0.50 charge to substitute the condiment!! Someone else ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and asked for extra buffalo because there wasn't enough on it to they liking...yep $0.50 for more buffalo. Soon they will be charging if you want a to-go box or extra spoons to share a dessert! We won't be back!

I didn’t experience the full Pub Frato offering as I was there for a meeting in a private room but found the staff attentive and the nibbles seemed fine.

We enjoyed our meal: Brussels sprouts as an app (very generous portion), fish and chips, mushroom tacos, Cod tacos. We were celebrating a birthday. Delicious warm brownie as our dessert to share- big portion, perfect to share. Would definitely go back. 3.5-4 rating.
From the minute we walked in, the employees took such good care of us. We had a party of 10 and were well accommodated by the restaurant. The food was delicious and we were able to have such a good time celebrating my wife's birthday thanks to the wonderful environment and service!

The service was horrible. My friend and sat at the bar for 10 minutes and received no service. Meanwhile, a couple sat next to us and got served immediately. There were multiple bartenders. No one ever made eye contact. Upon leaving, they claimed to not see us even though we were sitting right in the middle. The bar was not packed. I’ve gone to Pub Frato many times, and I feel the service has gone downhill.

Brussel sprouts and scallop dinner were amazing! Truffle fries were good but needed more time in the fryer. We were sat at a table that seemed to be an afterthought. It was right in the walk way and very awkward with customers and servers having to squeeze by. We will return but will ask for a high top table.
