Very healthy place to try. Live healthier with this place. At a very busy corner. ACAI has a strange pronunciation, but extremely healthy, if you lay off the sugar.

Went to pick up an order like many times before, this day, no one acknowledged me, (no hello, can I help you? Are you picking up?) I had to go up to the register (I was standing up right where the pick sign was) and ask if someone could pass me my order and they gave me a hard time about it even after me telling them my name, then the girl attempted to tell me what I needed to do (which I already did, but she wanted to put me in the wrong). Very rude! (I regret tipping such rude staff prior).

Picked up a few Protein Packer smoothies. We have always enjoyed their product and never had issues until this time. The person who received the 2nd was at a different location and I, yet at another location. Within about 2 hours after consuming, I started to feel awful. Stomach heavy, slight headache, nauseous - just not okay. Later I found the recipient of the 2nd smoothie, as well had complaints they also did not feel okay the rest of their day. Later early evening the stomach cramps started, nausea then vomiting then off and on the camod, into the wee hours. Not sure what changed from great experiences to won't go back. Perhaps they mixed it incorrectly or used an ingredient I asked to sub out. Either way. Stomach still feels jeopardized. Very disappointed.

We usually travel to other area Pulps before choosing this one because this location is stingy with the açaí in their bowls. (Very small scoops. And, whereas we usually get three scoops at other places since we omit the granola and bananas, they insist on only two.) Plus the sign they have up about not remaking a smoothie if you don’t like it goes to show that they are not customer focused. This franchise needs a little lesson in customer service and empowering their employees to make decisions. You lose more than the cost of a few ounces of açaí when your community has lost faith in you.(I have nothing bad to say about the kids working there, not their fault.)

Always a great experience! Love doing my daily ginger shots here! They are a quick and inexpensive way to help prevent getting sick, especially this time of year!

The loud, rude, obnoxious girls who were working there were very unprofessional. They were slow and appear to be there for socializing rather than to take care of customers. Waited forever. One of the little girls kept saying, "Thank you, thank you, thank you," to me, apparently because I did not thank her. I did not give her my attention. Very childish. Would be fired if she worked at my company. Will definitely not be back. I have been to other Pulp locations in North Olmsted, Avon, and Strongsville top notch in professionalism and treating customers with respect to performing their job.

If your looking for a way to make a little money I wouldn't suggest going here if your over 25, especially if you have any management background she does not value your opinion as to it is HER BUSINESS, will find any reason to terminate you.I worked here when she fist opened had customers tell me if I wasn't there they would not come in because I was the only one that made the smoothies correctly. The owner Ashley Ranson fired me because I had an opinion on her having someone come in when I did not need them to stand around and play on thier phones. Now I see all these past about horrible service. I am rolling ready to take bets on how long she's not gonna last

Both times at this Pulp were awful experiences, have never had things made so incorrectly at any past experiences at other stores and have been drinking pulp for years. The entire staff is unprofessional, the one a manager even left the cash drawer wide open and walked away into the back! Smoothies were runny and the ingredients were not proportioned correctly. The green tea smoothie was completely runny and the Orange Ginger elixir had so much ginger it wasn't even drinkable. Have had both of these at other locations and never tasted this bad! Better staff, who is clear on what they are doing is definitely needed.
