My husband ended up getting a bunch of donuts for helping out their store. By the time they made it back to the house he had eaten 5 of them! He did leave me a few to try and they were delicious!! Not too sweet. The frosting was just amazing.

I ordered a cute little smash cake for my son’s birthday, Minecraft theme. The pricing was great, size was perfect. I didn’t know what flavor to choose so I just went with classic vanilla. I kinda wished I had chosen a different one, but when I tasted the vanilla cake I was NOT disappointed! This is the best vanilla cake I’ve ever had. Soft, fluffy, but moist and the flavor was incredible. Currently thinking of an excuse to order another :)

Unprofessional. Improper, horrible customer service and rude employees who talk disrespectfully about their customers. Staff, especially owner, lack accountability or willingness to empathize with unsatisfied customers.

Great donuts but 36.00 for 2 dozen is a bit much

I will NEVER order from this business again. They messed up our cake order with 3 different mistakes. then when I called I heard one of the people on the phone in the background talking badly about me. wildly unprofessional! saying i left with the cake so its not their problem.(my husband picked it up and when he brought it home I realized all the mistakes made) so I called immediately like 10 mins later and the baker left for the day so we had to just have a cake that was incorrect. Tues I spoke to the baker who made the cake and explained to her the mistakes that were made. she just kept trying to shift blame onto me. saying oh well you left with the cake so its not our problem once you leave with it. I expressed my husband picked it up cause I was getting ready for the party and as soon as he opened it I saw immediately it was wrong and called you within minutes. didnt matter she wasnt willing to help us out. no discount. no refund, no nothing. she kept blaming her mistakes on the photo I sent her being "too old to see" but the mistakes had nothing to do with the picture. it was a HER mistake not a picture mistake. 1: there was to be no writing on the cake because we have a topper. and they wrote on the cake. 2.I asked them to write a message on the cake board instead. which they didnt. 3. I asked for light pale pink flowers and they were bright fuschia pink. but somehow those mistakes are because of an "old photo?" ok. **eye roll** she took zero ownership and gave no help toward finding a fair way to make the customer happy. I do not recommend this place. they are rude, don't follow instructions, overpriced, poor customer service, and take zero responsibility for their actions. absolutely blown away being treated this way by a buisness. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. below is will post photos of the cake and the notes stating what I wanted and didnt get.

Terrible customer service. The owner was yelling and being very disrespectful when asked about freshness of the baked goods. Very nasty and disrespectful owner and the space looks unclean. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. The feeling was very unsafe. Terrible.

Totally unique bakery! Completely Alice In Wonderland themed! It's so whimsical! The donuts and muffins are amazing! My go to every Sunday morning for a weekly treat!

Donuts and cinnamon roll a 4.5 but the orange cranberry muffin was a five out of five one of the best I've ever tasted

Found them totally by accident last weekend and decided to give them a whirl & glad we did! The filled doughnuts, we had lemon and raspberry and each felt like about a pound- they were delicious. Had a chocolate creme filled at lunch and a vanilla filled long john at dinner and still tasted fresh. We're from Cuyahoga County and would love to bring some to our jobs, but we can't find out when you open ( hint, hint ). If you see a couple camped out & waiting for you to open, it's just us. Throw a couple business cards our way & please write the hours on them 🙂 also any plans for low / no sugar added options???

Ordered my first cake. I am new to the area and was not sure where to order. I saw the great reviews and ordered. My cake was beautiful and delicious. I will be back. 100% recommend to anyone.
