Love this location! All of the workers are so friendly and kind! Whenever I mobile order, they are always done on time and done well. They often run out of sandwiches so definitely check the app before you go in hope of a sandwich. There is a lovely view of the falls from the side windows and if you go when it’s not super busy, there’s many seating options.

Service was rude & out of the cups for size I ordered. So would only fill the cup part way. Says it was the size I should have gotten!! It definitely seemed less! Not my fault they were out of cups! When I asked her to fill the rest & got massive attitude!!

Nice escape from the howling winds. Great little escape while walking the beautiful Chagrin Falls area. Great spot to catch up on some work, there is a nice table in the back away from the front area. Snag it if you can! Great service and friendly staff. I parked a bit away from the shop, but there are multiple lots in the area.

Morgan is very rude and racist. I asked her to make me a drink and she said no. When i mentioned other Starbucks do it, she said it’s because they are in a different tax bracket. Wonder if the same would be told to a white lady asking for a customized drink as well. ?
Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely.As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!

Finally came in after living here for ten years. I had a gift card. The shop is large, yet cozy. Lots of tables for two, and the living room set-up was by the old style windows. The staff greeted us and answered our questions. I don't like a heavy roast. So I ordered a Blonde. Was very good. We had the chocolate croissant and a hot egg sandwich. Was trendy and very nice. I'll be back.
