The best subway I have ever had very much neat and clean, there was a lady and Indian guy who work with full coordination 😀 and and warm receiving as the door is opened. I had my four individual subs and they were so professional in their work right from the making to handling the package. Even they suggest the deal of the day which saves some bucks with extra chips and a fountain drink. I am loving it and I will visit this place again. Thanks for your service guys.

I’ve been to a lot of Subways, but the one at 8553 East Washington is hands-down the best in the world. Usually, fast food is just a quick stop, but this place is actually a great experience every time. Josie is literally the nicest person you’ll ever meet; she’s always so friendly and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. And if Moe is behind the counter, you know your food is going to be perfect. Moe seriously makes the best sandwiches I've ever had—he doesn’t just toss things on, he actually takes the time to make sure it’s built right so it doesn't fall apart. The ingredients are always way fresher than other locations, the shop is super clean, and it’s just the only place I’ll go for a sub now.

Ive called 6x now. My order that was placed thru the app was delivered with missing items. Store won't answer a call. I will be stopping when I get off work but this is ridiculous. Even the delivery driver said im not surprised I have had so many issues with the store as well.

Whoever the black lady taking your order is?... Sorry I bothered you by walking in the establishment you work and order a sandwich!.Next time I'll take my business elsewhere!...here's food for thought try be nice and making eye contact and don't be so put off by asking what I want on my sandwich

One of the cashiers will consistently tell you a higher price than actually owed, and will try to short change you. Make sure to pay attention to what the register says and not to what the cashier tells you, and make sure to get your change.

5:45 PM on a Saturday night.
I had a footlong All American Club. My wife had a 6 inch Veggie.
Both sandwiches were made with extremely stale bread. Hard to the touch, dry and crumbly when eaten. Not being overly picky...just a decision to make the sandwiches with old bread instead of tossing it out and giving customers fresh.
Insult to injury: My All American Club was made without the bacon.
The Veggie sub tasted good (fresh veggies), but the lousy bread spoiled the sandwich.
If I had realized all this before driving 15 minutes home and settling-in for dinner, I'd have asked to have the youngster making sandwiches start over.
Instead, I'll avoid this store in the future. There is another Subway 5 minutes away (next to Giant Eagle). I'll take my business there in the future if Subway ever sounds appetizing again.

We got to this subway 20 mins before closing time. There were two young boys(black & white) still standing behind the food bar. They started smiling as we attempted to open the locked door - we attempted signaling to confirm whether it’s closing time. They smiled and indicated closed. They were so unprofessional.
Mind you we had called to make sure they were still open but our calls went unanswered but since the website indicated closes 9pm we still set out.
Kindly post accurate open and close time if your employees decide to close early- it’s quite inconvenient.
Went to get a sub and some pretzels. They were already closed at 8:45. Don't go there late.
