We got to this subway 20 mins before closing time. There were two young boys(black & white) still standing behind the food bar. They started smiling as we attempted to open the locked door - we attempted signaling to confirm whether it’s closing time. They smiled and indicated closed. They were so unprofessional.
Mind you we had called to make sure they were still open but our calls went unanswered but since the website indicated closes 9pm we still set out.
Kindly post accurate open and close time if your employees decide to close early- it’s quite inconvenient.

The cleanest subway you will ever find! Staff is friendly, atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming. The owner is so nice with the clients, always smiley, fast and competent. Subs are like an art piece! Order number #20 Roasted Chicken with bacon and ranch!!
ordered 06.29.2023 around 11:30, we used coupons 3 subs for $17.99 we ordered online for pick up and the coupon went through. but when picking up the food the manager or owner maybe was first of all EXTREMELY rude to my coworker who was picking up the order. She will not honor the coupon she said we had to pay the full price, we tried to tell her that we will keep that in mind next time but other people were expecting their food on that agreed upon price. It is 100% not our fault that the online order went through with the coupon. so we requested a refund and at first she said she'll refund 1.60 because I got extra cheese, had to tell her to refund the whole amount. So she wasted resources instead of making any money from this. she then started going off about how much she made on this whole order that's honestly not our problem. This is terrible business and a whole department will not come back to this location. she should have honored the coupon and rectified the situation with whoever is running her website. please someone from corporate reach out via email because this behavior is a 100% unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. The way my coworker was treated was unacceptable. fix your site if you don't want to honor a coupon

ONE STAR. It was 9:30 AM when I checked to see what time this Subway opened. It said that it opens at 10:00 AM. So I waited awhile and I walked in at 10:25 AM and the guy said that they won't open for another 15 minutes. Never going back there again. There are many other food places open near this Subway and are willing to accept my money for food.
