Sugar Me Desserterie

We used Sugar Me Dessertie for our wedding cake on 11-8-25! We had a great experience from beginning to end, our cake tasting went extremely well and they let us try a ton of flavors and go home with 6 cupcakes as well :) They also accommodated my gluten allergy and made our wedding cake gluten free and it was delicious! The cake itself was gorgeous as well and decorated exactly as we wanted it. I would highly recommend them for other couples looking to get a wedding cake. We got a 2 tiered wedding cake as well as sheet cakes for our guests.

Brittany and Teresa and beyond talented. We love everything they create from cakes and cupcakes, to cookies and brownies and everything in between. They are fantastic to work with and make the most delicious treats. 10/10 recommend Sugar Me for any of your dessert needs!!

Ordered a birthday cake on short notice. They were able to have it ready next day and it was delicious! We got chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. The cake was moist and the frosting was the perfect balance of sweet and buttery. No crazy fondant or decorations on our cake but the writing and flowers were perfect and professional. I ordered over the phone and they were helpful, patient, and very friendly. On pickup they were very friendly and prompt with the cake. I will be back!

Cake was delicious and very pretty, could use a bit more finesse though (came a bit tilted and icing was messy in some areas).

Probably the best deserts made. Worth visiting, especially if you want a treat for the theater nearby. Brownies, cookies, pies, cakes, special event catering, etc. Prices from under $3 on up. You'll eat it before you get it home. A few small tables to sit at. Small shop, easy access, only a few parking spots, which normally aren't filled.

I cannot say enough about sugar me dessert Erie. Brittany was responsive, receptive to my ideas, and generous with her time and her amazing treats. My white, pearl’ed wedding cake with funfetti (!!!) was not only gorgeous but DELICIOUS by everyone’s feedback. And who doesn’t love a female-owned bakery? Stop looking and get your wedding cake here!

Very underwhelming - lemon blueberry had no lemon, chocolate PB had no peanutbutter and the carrot cake didn’t even have cream cheese frosting. The cupcakes were packed so tightly in the box that when I went to display them they got messy - the frosting looked liked deviled eggs not pretty flowers and the colors did not look like the inspiration picture I sent. My first and last time using this bakery. I was embarrassed to serve these at my friend’s daughter’s bridal shower.

Sugar Me is my go to any occasion big or small! I always get my birthday cakes, special occasion treats or just little pick me ups for friends. They are always so accommodating and the desserts are DELICIOUS!

We used Sugar Me Desserterie for our wedding and had a great experience! Brittany was easy to communicate with and SO sweet from the day we met her up until our wedding. We did a mini cutting cake and assorted desserts and everything I tasted was delicious and looked beautiful on display. She even went above and beyond to help me pick desserts that matched our color scheme and to make little “nut-free” boxes for some of my guests with allergies. I am so happy we went with SMD for our wedding desserts!

Brittany is masterful at her craft & very kind, professional, and this place is a gem! She put together a fabulous offering of cookies, mini cupcakes & cream puffs that tasted as wonderful as they looked! So impressive on such short notice. Great plates & napkins too!

We completely LOVED the wedding cake Sugar Me made for our reception! We had a very specific idea of how we wanted our cake to look, and Brittany at Sugar Me was so great to work with and so receptive to our ideas! The result was EXACTLY what we had in mind, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We had so many compliments on it from our guests. Needless to say, we completely recommend Brittany and Sugar Me for anyone's wedding cake needs!

Omg I will never go back. I was in town visiting family and wanted to surprise them with cupcakes. I noticed that people were making faces when they took a bite. The frosting was bad! Like rancid!

I LOVE their cakes and petit fores. Everything is fabulous. However, they are lacking in service. You can call every day for weeks and no one answers. Stopping in isn't any better. We were told they were too busy to discuss a wedding cake order. So that's why I gave a low rating on atmosphere. I felt like an imposition I believe they are short staffed which makes it sad, because a few years ago this wasn't the case. I wish them well and hope they can find good staff again....

Vegetarian options: It's a bakery. All desserts.

Dietary restrictions: The only gluten free options are the macaroons. They once talked about doing gluten free, but nothing has happened yet.

Parking: This place is in the back behind the Chagrin Valley Little Theater. If there is a play going on, it could be difficult to find parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There isn't much room as the facility is small.
