Popped in today for a bit of sweet treat & was not disappointed in my choices! I bought a couple Lime Sugar cookies & slice of blueberry, banana coffee cake Both were delicious & bursting with flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Wonderful family-owned bakery local to Chagrin Falls. Experienced an unfortunate mishap with ordering, but they not only had a full custom cake ready in a little over an hour, but also gave us the cake for free due to the inconvenience. I was so impressed with both the friendliness of the people at the store but most importantly, the quality of the desserts there. I got two different types of ho-ho swirls, the Irish shortbread, and mini eclairs. They were all fantastic. They were even double wrapped for me when I got there to pick up my order as I shared that I was worried when I called to place my order that they may not stay fresh overnight. I will definitely be coming back! Small business with delicious baked goods!

I love working with Sugar Me for cakes and desserts. They are a lovely bakery owned by a mother and daughter and have always been able to help me with any holiday or event that I have profesionally and personally.They are a cute bakery located in Chagrin Falls and have a whole storefront of baked goods that are amazing and reasonably priced.We've worked with them on so many events over the years and they never fail to bake from the heart.

I picked up 2 dozen petite fours. After the shower for 30 people, we had 26 left. The cake was dense and tasteless and the raspberry jam was from a jar. I asked for almond flavor and they were not almond. In addition, they were done in wrong color. The worst thing was that these were part of a dessert bar and they did not look at all professional. For example, they were all different sizes and a couple of the sides of them were not covered. They looked like I baked them myself. When I mentioned it to her, she complained that it's hard to bake and that her pan bakes unevenly. The cost of each 1 x 1 petit four was $2.25. I think a professional baker would buy a new pan if hers was bad. I NEVER had mis sized petit fours. Consistency is what you pay for. These did not look like they are baked by a professional baker. They look like they were done in a friend's kitchen. Do not recommend.

I ordered a cake on Friday March 3 on the phone at 10:04. I called to confirm the order at 2:38 that same day and spoke with someone in the shop who took the order over the phone. I drove to to pick it up today at the designated time and there was no cake. The woman was not really concerned and said they make mistakes like this once a year maybe. She offered me cupcakes and a small smash cake which judging from the offer, I would have to pay for. I was referred to them as my bakery is moving (DS Bakery) and is not open. It of course was for a very special occasion as they all are, for my elderly sister. I have ordered a gluten free cake from them before that was inedible, I should have known better, but a friend gave a good referral. Very sad day for a birthday.

Holiday HQ! At the intersection of gorgeous to look at and tasty is Sugar Me. For the past 4 years they have provided us with our traditional "Christmas Eve Cake". And for the past 2 years, cookies for our annual open house. I never leave without impulse purchasing an "extra" something from the case. It's a happy place with great energy.If I had a critique it would be that I would love an online ordering option for custom cakes. But I suspect that if they had that, the demand may swamp them because....I mean these are great cakes and cookies . They also have rotating macaron and cupcake flavors each day.

Just got married last weekend. We did white almond cake with strawberry filling and it was phenomenal! I spoke to Brittany very briefly and due to our busy work schedules she set up a box of cupcakes so we could try all the different cakes/frostings/fillings we wanted. I sent her a few inspiration photos and she absolutely nailed the cake. More than that, her communication was fantastic. She checked in, confirmed details, and even assured me the night before that everything was going perfectly according to plan. This is all without prompt. To all the future brides out there, I highly recommend going with Sugar Me. If the amazing treats don't convince you, the peace of mind working with someone who was 1000% professional and capable of handling everything without assistance should do it.
