Tipsy Bull Tavern

First time having Tipsy Bull Tavern - kicking myself for going so long without trying it. Easily the best burger I have had in a long long long time, and my 9-month pregnant wife said the same thing of hers. Tipsy Bull Tavern has sky rocketed to the top of our eating-out list. Amazing.

Honestly, I’m hesitant to leave a five-star review because this is my absolute favorite spot, and selfishly, I don’t want it to get any busier than it already is…

The food has never been anything less than great. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is perfect for just about any occasion—watching a game at the bar, a first date, lunch with your mom, or dinner with the family.

Service can sometimes feel a little “slow” when they’re packed, but it’s never due to a lack of effort. The staff works their asses off.

The space is on the smaller side, so seating can be limited, especially in the winter when the patio isn’t an option. I recommend making a reservation (and showing up on time!) if you want a table during busy times.

Oh, and we’ve ordered takeout from here several times. It’s just as delicious and usually quicker than ordering a pizza.

Like I said, I’m nervous to post this because it’s already tough enough to snag a spot at the bar… but it’s feels wrong keeping them to myself like a dirty little secret. Enjoy!

This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. My husband got the brick house burger and he said it was very good. The toasted bun was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

We were eating here once and there were ants all over us as we were eating. The owner or manager there offered no remorse. I didn’t got back for a long time but decided to give them one more chance. This evening, after having some weird interactions with hostesses that were not very communicative. We were getting seated at an open table and the owner or manager said we couldn’t sit there. We were then told we would have to wait for someone to finish with no estimate given to us. Treating people like they are an inconvenience is not a good business practice. The food here has always been good but I cannot in good faith recommend this place.

Y'all know how I love my cheeseburgers. And there is a new #2 in my top 5. The Tipsy Bull Tavern is an awesome little tavern/burger place. I had the smash patty melt and had them add their house burger sauce to it. It was FANTASTIC! My wife had the Nashville Spicy Chicken sandwich and loved it as well.

The smash burger was off the hook....just what you want from a smash burger. Nice texture on the outside and soooooo juicy. The toppings all went well together including the best pickles I've ever tasted. All between two slices of grilled rye. Northeast Ohio, this is a hidden gem and worth the drive from wherever you are!
