We loved our dinner experience at The Reserve! Lovely intimate setting, warm and inviting! Our hostess/waitress, Nikki, was fantastic, personable and very helpful in guiding our first experience which will defiinitely not be our last! Great drinks and drink choices, and the menu is diverse and the 5 items we ordered were each wonderuflly delightful! BRAVO!

My husband and I visited The Reserve for our Anniversary and had a lovely time. If you haven't been, it's a very small, very intimate place with three large booths and two tiny two person booths, and a nice sized very comfortable bar. This is ti say that if you are a party of six or more this probably isn't going to be the best fit. The food was exceptionally fresh and tasty. My husband and I are both vegan and found enough small plates to make us happy, but if you are a meat eater I think this is where they likely really excel. Overall it was a cozy vibe, left us with a great impression, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

We were in from out of town for the holiday and celebrated our anniversary here. The food, service, and ambience were really special. It was tree-lighting at the falls that night so it felt like we were in a Hallmark Christmas movie... made the experience more memorable.

We loved sharing this lovely restaurant experience with our friends. Each dish was given extra care to be amazing and not average. The care given to us by the team there made the experience even more exceptional. We love Reserve and will always name it as one of our favorite! Small Restaurant so make you reservation as early as you can.

An absolute gem of a place. Food was amazing, service was great. Our server Mike was attentive, always checking in the see if we needed anything or to clear things out of the way for us. Would absolutely recommend anyone to go and enjoy a meal here.
Walked in, as I just moved back to Chagrin Fall after 35 years. I asked the gentleman if I could see a menu and he asked if I had a reservation. I replied no I did not have a reservation.I was walking by and would just like to see a menu, in case I'd like to make a reservation. Again he asked me if I had a reservation,
I again replied that I did not.I just came in to see a menu and apparently that's not possible. So I left. I now know all I need to know about the restaurant and that's that I will never need to make a reservation there They will never get a penny from me. If other people find it a privilege to dine with them, then so be it. But not this guy. I do think it's fantastic that their business is so good they won't even share a menu for a future customer to make a decision whether they want to eat at their establishment. Or NOT, in my case. And I was wearing slacks and a sport coat. So they're just rude.

Such a wonderful spot. Small and full of flavor and coziness. Had a great time and will be back. Wish the lighting was a little brighter, might just be me though. Still the food is fun, and elegant with wild dishes. Highly recommend
